Was overall good and we get roughly the money's worth. However food focused on quantity instead of quality, and it was interesting that no mention about drink is paid exclusively (for lunch om the boat) and it was only mentioned on the spot. Guides are decent.

Makan siang pada cruise cukup baik dan lengkap. Rasanya juga lumayan enak. —— 1. Sebelum pelaksanaan tur, lumayan bingung harus mendatangi kemana untuk titik keberangkatan. Namun kebingungan itu terselesaikan dengan membaca email. 2. Tur ini memungkinkan ada perubahan pada hari h pelaksanaan dan perubahan menjadi group kecil pada saat dilokasi. Namun, perubahan ini teratasi dengan baik dan tetep menyenangkan.

The staff were very friendly & helpful, even recommended us a good restaurant after we arrived back. The food in the cruise was great too, and the explanations during the tour were very interesting.

I love the tour guide, he is funny and helpful. The tour is quite good, view is amazing and splendid. I love to see the caves, the rocks and so on. However, food is not good at all but it is understandable.

tourguide is funny and helpful, cruise is beautiful and food is amazing, dont forget bring your drink bottle inside the ship but put inside your back, otherwise you need to pay extra for drink.

The tour overall is good. Ha Long Bay is beautiful and should be visited while in Vietnam. The tour guide is okay with good English. What can be improved is how the tour operator and the tour guide should confirm pickup details and contact us directly
