The perfect blend of a family atmosphere and a five-star hotel experience. Melina and the entire staff are incredibly efficient and always willing to go the extra mile to delight guests. The breakfast area also doubles as an excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner, or simply a wonderful place to enjoy a drink.

Hotel situado en Palermo, en una zona muy bien comunicada, llena de bares, restaurantes, tiendas... En definitiva, todo lo necesario. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, están bien organizadas y son cómodas. El personal es muy amable y servicial. El desayuno se sirve en un pequeño bar situado al lado, al que se accede directamente desde el hotel, con una gran variedad de comida excelente y camareros muy amables.

Excellent location and staff. However, the bathroom sink (the only sink) did not drain properly. Two minutes to slowly seep out; after staff efforts to correct, the drain still took one minute to drain. Also, the bathroom should have a fan. Room completely fogged after a shower.

O hotel é muito bom, confortável, atendimento e atenção dos funcionários excelente. Café da manhã simples, mas tinha tudo que eu como, além do ovo mexido ser feito na hora. Mas, a limpeza deixa a desejar. Cheguei e o quarto tinha cabelo e poeira no chão, além de pano usado dentro dk lixo do banheiro. Acho que precisam ter atenção nessa parte

Great 3 day stay in the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Beautifully designed rooms. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. The restaurant attached to the hotel (Roa Bar) was a 10 out of 10 for dinner. The service was great from the staff. My only negative feedback is that the walls are a bit thin so you will hear your neighbors talking to some degree.

The hotel is nice, well located. Service is good. Water pressure in the shower was not great and breakfast can definitely improve. The coffee is mediocre and the breakfast in general lacks variety and quality products. Service is outstanding, the rooms are comfortable and large and the hotel is in an overall good condition.
I was surprised that I was charged for two nespresso pods when I checked out. First time in charged for coffee pods at an hotel of this level
