부에노스아이레스공항에서 호텔까지의 택시서비스(유료)를 사전에 요청 및 확약하였으나 공항도착시 택시가 오지를 않았습니다. Check-in시 이 사항을 얘기하였더니 호텔에서 사과의 의미로 레스토랑 무료음료이용권과 Check-out시 호텔에서 공항까지의 택시서비스를 무료로 제공받았습니다. 즉, 고객에 대한 친절과 배려가 매우 좋은 호텔이었습니다.

작은 호텔이지만 아늑해요,특히 레스토랑이 이뻐요, Street View보다는 Swimming Poor View가 나은 듯해요. 낮시간 쿵쿵거리는 소음때문에 신경이 쓰여요. 아마 헬스장에서 Babel소리인 것 같은데....

Stuff super friendly and room is perfect

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was also clean. However, the air conditioning makes a really loud noise essentially every 2 mins which makes it extremely difficult to get a refreshing night sleep! The AC unit’s main generator was in the balcony and I guess it was shared with the room next to us. So even if turned our AC unit off, the main generator was still making the loud noise. My wife couldn’t even get an hour of sleep tbh. Also we could very clearly hear the voices of our next door guests and follow their conversations which was weird and at the same time inconvenient. They weren’t even loud or shouting but still it felt like they were sitting in our room conversing! The rooms are supposed to be sound proof but wasn’t the case at all!

Hotel location, clean and comfortable room, good restaurant and some very helpful English-speaking staff.

The service was great! The attendants were very helpful and invested in my enjoyment during the trip. I enjoyed the easy of securing a bike through the hotel. The pool was nice. The room was lovely. The free buffet slso was satisfying.

The hotel was remodeling (under construction) , not even a welcome water or anything. Breakfast was great, Gym needs lot of maintenance. I would have chosen another hotel if I knew that it was under remodeling process.

Tudo foi maravilho, mas o destaque foi pra equipe, para o atendimento. Que pessoal excelente, carinhoso e atencioso. Inclusive, eu havia avisado sobre o aniversario do meu marido e eles subiram com um vinho e um bolo. OLHA QUE FOFURA! Parabens a toda equipe.

O hotel estava reformando o lobby e não informou nada sobre isso. A recepção ficava num quarto.

La primer habitación en un momento de mucho calor no funcionaba el aire acondicionado pero después lo arreglaron y en la otra habitación la puerta era difícil de abrir pero una vez que nos enseñaron el truco, lo pudimos hacer sin problemas.

Melina and the gentleman on reception were fantastic especially the manager. They helped out us out Everytime we needed anything. I would highly recommend. Fantastic hotel

Amazing stay, totally recommend

Chose this particular hotel for a combination of location and rave reviews for included breakfast. It did not disappoint! Breakfast is one of the best possible, by Argentinian standards. In Argentina, breakfast is presumed to be coffee and a bunch of bread and pastries - including at hotels. Here, breakfast had the same selection every day, but a good one: fruit (bananas, apples, plums, melon, strawberries, blueberries), sauteed veggies, morning sausage, cereals, milk, yogurt, boiled eggs, avocado, tomato, cheese. Plus the pastries and coffee/ tea. Same space was then open as a popular restaurant for lunch and dinner. Hotel's other pluses: - excellent blackout curtains - comfortable bed, including a rollaway was set up with a real mattress. - Hotel shares access to amenities of an apartment complex. Outcome: access to big, beautiful pool and lounge area, access to spacious gym with a variety of equipment. Could be better: - key cards SUCK!!!! They would stop working literally after each use. When next to your smartphone, immediately would demagnetize. - shower: only partial wall to the shower - enough water spills over and makes the floor wet, requiring extra towels. No bathroom fan. - wobbly furniture, loose screws - mini-fridge only - no way to heat up food in room. Most useless feature ever: a hired person (bellboy??) opens the front door for you as you leave/ arrive.

nice location and clean. staff are helpful. downsides - our keys deactivated every single time we entered even when not near our phones. and the coffee in the room is not free - found out after drinking quite a few

The perfect blend of a family atmosphere and a five-star hotel experience. Melina and the entire staff are incredibly efficient and always willing to go the extra mile to delight guests. The breakfast area also doubles as an excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner, or simply a wonderful place to enjoy a drink.
