service was not great

One of the best places we have ever stayed! Views were amazing, staff helpful and kind, price reasonable, breakfast out of this world! Amenities were fabulous! Will try to stay there next time we are in Bariloche for sure.

Our suite was clean, spacious and had many amenities. A mini fridge, microwave, sauna, whirlpool tub and steam shower. The view from the room was spectacular and we enjoyed gazing out the window at the view of the lake and mountains. The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods and also made to order options. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive to the centre of town. Flavio, at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful place to stay!

I did not want to leave, even after seven days. It might be nice to have more english t v channels. Since fifty percent of the business seems to be english that may be something to look into. Other than that I would give it 6 stars. Alliana is wonderful!!

This was perhaps the finest facility we have ever experienced in our extensive travels around the world. Room was a spacious 500 sf., with separate sitting/dining area, kitchenette, outdoor deck with fabulous views of lake and mountains, jacuzzi tub, sauna, wood-burning stove, etc., etc. Too many special amenities to name. Excellent restaurant and bar facilities

Staff was very nice and attentive, specially Flavio. Views were spectacular and we were on the beach.

Property with a rustic interior reminiscent of the Swiss alps, and most rooms had a privileged view of the lake where you can hear the lapping waves. Breakfast menu was fixed everyday except for the eggs where you have several options to choose from so you could have a different style each day, nonetheless the food was delicious. However, service was rather inconsistent. With some staff, there were several communication lapses which diminished the quality of stay at this price point, for example forgetting our instructions to replenish the soap and shampoo. But other staff went the extra mile to brighten up your day and made communication, both in person and over WhatsApp, seamless.

It is indeed charming and has spectacular views, the heated outdoor pool was very nice and breakfast was great. Rooms are a bit dated, it seemed expensive for what it was.

El servicio del personal es increíble, nosotros reservamos el departamento con 3 habitaciones, en realidad son 2 y la tercera está en un tipo loft (no es ideal para adulto ya que no tiene puertas y poca privacidad), el personal resolvió esto y nos ofreció una habitación aparte para que cada quien tenga privacidad. Ya es un lugar antiguo y requiere mucho mantenimiento, sobretodo en las bañeras. Pero el premio es el EXCELENTE SERVICIO de todo el personal.

Nuestra experiencia fue espectacular , desde el recibimiento la recepción a cargo de Nicolás en ese momento nos hicieron sentir muy bien . El hotel con una vista espectacular , de postal . La alberca calientita . Una limpieza excelente . Contábamos con desayuno incluido así que nos hizo las cosas más fáciles para los días de tour .

Everything was wonderful, the staff - Nico, Alejandra, and all the others as well - is incredibly friendly and efficient. The hotel is located in front of the lake, spectacular view, excellent facilities, outstanding restaurant. The master room is a private spa, comfortable and cozy. I'll give it six stars if allowed.
