Estadia maravilhosa. Tudo perfeito. Um sonho.

Beautiful views. Very relaxing. Had a 2 bedroom suite. Great breakfast. Wonderful desk staff, especially Daniel. 2nd time staying at property. Adding a new building which will be amazing once finished but under construction for now. A couple of restaurants in walkable location but need transportation to get into town.

Charming é um lugar de sonho! A vista é linda, na beira do lago, com a praia de pedras (Playa Bonita), as montanhas nevadas ao fundo e pegando o pôr do sol. O quarto é maravilhoso, aquecido, cheiroso, com cama confortável, e o SPA particular com banheira e saunas nos permitiu aproveitar ainda mais a experiência. O café da manhã no restaurante Stag é bem variado e se adapta bem às necessidades e restrições alimentares (sou vegano e comi bem todos os dias). Toda a equipe (recepção, restaurante, limpeza, manutenção, gerência) é extremamente cordial e amigável, fazendo de tudo para atender às nossas necessidades. Saímos abraçados e contentes, já querendo voltar (ainda mais para conhecer a área nova que está em construção, e já está belíssima). Além da forte recomendação, o único aviso que deixo aos viajantes é que a localização não é central, então é bom se preparar com carro alugado ou planejar os passeios para minimizar as viagens de táxi / Uber. Recomendo alugar um carro nem que seja por 2 dias, para fazer o Circuito Chico + Colonia Suiza em um e a Rota dos 7 Lagos em outro.

O hotel tem uma localização extremamente privilegiada. Para mim,, acordar com aquela vista já valeu a pena que nem precisaria me deslocar para outros pontos. O atendimento é excelente, o café da manhã muito gostoso. Além dos itens disponíveis há opção para pedir ovos mexidos, omelete, pochet...É um hotel muito aconchegante e super recomendo a estadia. Alguns pontos que considero que precisam ser melhorados: os quartos tem instalações um pouco antigas, então a banheira, por exemplo, algumas tampas se soltavam quando ligava o jato, algumas cortinas tinham detalhes de furinhos que eventualmente poderiam passar luz e a vedação da porta me pareceu que deixava passar um pouco de ar frio. Faltou também um lixeira no quarto, só tinha o do banheiro e o microondas é bem antigo e não esquentava muito ou eu que não soube usar. Para chegar até o quarto tem uma pontezinha e uma escada que ficam escorregadias dependendo do tempo e achei um pouco perigoso, poderia avaliar mudar o material e não tem cobertura nesses trechos o que pode ser um ponto negativo em dias de chuva. Creio que são detalhes mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia, como disse, a vista é deslumbrante e vale muito a pena. O hotel está com uma parte de reforma, não perguntei detalhes, mas creio que de repente seja uma oportunidade de melhoria também nos quartos mais antigos.

The hotel is lovely; we stayed in one of the casitas that had a living room with fireplace, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Think large wooden beams like a forest cottage. The views out our windows were of the lake and mountains beyond. The hotel has an outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub. The dining room is the same wooden beam design with a large fireplace and great views. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Do NOT stay here! The main woman at the desk always gave us the wrong information: we asked for recommendations to the best restaurant and she sent us to a mediocre one with poor food and no lake view! She sent us and another guest to the cable car in a uber on a day the website said it was Closed! due to wind. She couldn’t change any money and told us she could easily find a guide who spoke English for a 3hr lake tour but when he showed up he didn’t speak English and when we asked her again the next day she couldn’t find one. The free breakfast buffet is skimpy, but the worst thing is not being able to trust anything Delfina - who is the only staff available to ask - anything!

Everything was excelent. I wish i had more days to enjoy the installations more. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at Charming Luxury Lodge is absolutely fantastic and made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate us with the best room, restaurant recommendations, and even packed us breakfast to go when we had to drive instead of flying home due to cancellations.

Amazing room ,we had lake view- incredible, great staff very attentive and so nice. I would only improve the pool area and the service at that site. Other than that - a place to remember!

The staff went overboard to make our stay comfortable and to suggest day trips in the area. We were very pleased with our experience.

Excellent boutique property. Wonderful rooms, great views, attentive staff, nice restaurant. Our deluxe room had a sauna and steam shower. The hotel has a heated pool and access to a beach on Lake Nahuel Hapi.

Our total experience was fantastic. From the ideal location to the picturesque views out our balcony to the wonderful food at the hotel’s restaurant, Stag. However, what stood out most of all was the fantastic service and how we were treated. The property is family owned and that’s exactly how they treated us - like family. Received a tour of the property’s expansion currently under construction - Wow, it’s going to be amazing. First rate, would recommend without reservation!

Good place. Unusual to have in room sauna, hotel quite dated but ok. Bed comfortable, breakfast ok, nice to have beach nearby.

One of the best places we have ever stayed! Views were amazing, staff helpful and kind, price reasonable, breakfast out of this world! Amenities were fabulous! Will try to stay there next time we are in Bariloche for sure.

Our suite was clean, spacious and had many amenities. A mini fridge, microwave, sauna, whirlpool tub and steam shower. The view from the room was spectacular and we enjoyed gazing out the window at the view of the lake and mountains. The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods and also made to order options. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive to the centre of town. Flavio, at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful place to stay!

I did not want to leave, even after seven days. It might be nice to have more english t v channels. Since fifty percent of the business seems to be english that may be something to look into. Other than that I would give it 6 stars. Alliana is wonderful!!
