Hotel is renovated from old building, very high ceiling. Interior decoration is black and white with Tango theme. Very wonderful strong shower head. Location is convenient for walking tour/ bus/ subte. Wonderful view from roof top bar.

Basic

An old palace converted to hotel. Large bedroom and washroom. Depending on the room location; there might be a noise from a very busy streets. Walking distance to most of the main landmarks of Buenos Aires.

The Tango themed room is very comfortable with floor to ceiling windows, about 12 ft high. Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful before we got here, arranging transportation from the cruise port and subsequently to the airport. The hotel is lovely and in the middle of seemingly everything. We have been able to walk everywhere, and there are many restaurants and shops close by. I cannot imagine staying at any other hotel if we are in Buenos Aires again. There is a very impressive buffet breakfast that runs until 10:30 in the morning, including egg sausage cheese, meat, a generous assortment of pastries, fruit. There are elevators, always a plus in European hotels. For the price we paid for our stay, it is one of the best bargains we have had in a very long time.

Front desk staff suberb. Comfortable, clean room. Convenient location on subway line. Intimate, small hotel with interesting history. Good value. Would stay here again.

Older historical property close to obelisk and Teatro Colon. About 20 minutes from Jorge Newbery airport by taxi or uber. Check in was very friendly. We had a superior room 108 on the first floor and after 24 hours of travelling and 3 flights we were fairly exhausted. Whilst the room was large and the bed comfortable it is on a busy street and we felt like we were sleeping on the street with the bus and traffic noise. It was very very noisy. We appreciated that breakfast was includedbut it is virtually the same each day but there is a selection of cooked, cereals. Ham. Cheese and pastries. The roof top is a nice area to relax. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room but hotel supplies it in the lobby at 5pm. We would prefer it in the room. Because of how noisy it was we would not stay again.

The room was a delight. The lady on the front desk was especially helpful to us when we had a personal problem on 6th December and we cannot praise her too much. The location is good.

Staff were not extremely helpful. Towels were minimal and thin/had holes.Breakfast fruit was not fresh. Coffee was very good. Our room safe did not work and though they fixed it, it broke again and we gave up. No hairdryers. No floor mats for bathroom floor. No washcloths. One of our room keys stopped working and although they reset it, it stopped working again and we gave up.

Great accomodation in the heart of Buenos Aires. Highly recommended.

Executive room was comfortable and large. Good breakfast and the staff was great.

Clean boutique hotel with Art Nuvou styling. Room was spacious and fresh smelling. Had a roof top where we enjoyed a relaxing afternoon with cool breeze. We Love this hotel, it is close to a nice pizza place , a convenience store, and a gelato place. Thank you Tango de Mayo

The staff was amazing and very friendly. They did speak and understand English very well for those of us who aren't as proficient in Spanish as we should be.
