I have stayed here several times. The location is fantastic. The Hotel is a piece of history. I would stay again for sure.

Nosso quarto na categoria standard era bem pequeno, cortinas pretas nos quartos reforçam o aspecto de sujeira. O hotel não é tão limpo e o café tem poucas opções. Estou falando isso comparando ele com outros hotéis de mesmo valor em Buenos Aires. Nesta viagem ficamos em 4 hotéis e este foi o mais fraco dos 4. No quesito Transfer que eles oferecem é chamado um táxi, e nossas duas experiências não foram boas. Não avisam que para pagar em cartão tem taxa extra e cada taxista cobra o que quer, um cobra 10% o outro cobra 20% e assim vai .. de maneira geral o hotel não é muito bom.

Tudo muito bom. Quarto bem decorado, de ótimo tamanho, limpo e organizado. Café da manhã excelente. Serviços das camareiras perfeito e todos os funcionários bem atenciosos. Gostamos bastante da estadia. Voltaremos.

Hotel maravilhoso, super limpo e bem localizado

I’m satisfied with the hotel, however, I emailed the staff that my flight arrived @8 AM and check in wasn’t until 2. I asked for an early check in a week or two in advance. When I arrived I was told they couldn’t accommodate my request but they would watch my luggage. I told them I wasn’t angry, but disappointed. Explaining that I had been flying for 24 hours and thought that more considerations would be given , since I was staying for so long and I had given ample notice. They did get me a room a 1/2 hour early, on the first floor, next to the street, and 1 key. Pretty noisy, and couldn’t open the windows. Cleaning staff was nice and the rest of my stay was pleasant.

Todo estaba 10 puntos. La unica pequeña queja es la hanotacion era muy choca

El hotel hermoso, vintage pero con todo lo necesario…

Es un hotel muy bonito con Excel te atención. Y bien ubicado para moverse a los sitios turísticos.

Nossa estadia foi muito boa no hotel. Não tivemos nenhum contratempo. Hotel bem localizado e com funcionários prestativos.

Beautifully decorated room, and charming furnishings throughout this small hotel. Great location, walkable to many key points of interest. Very clean, excellent water pressure, large vanity, soft towels and linens. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to return!

Muy bien ubicada

Escolhi o Tango de Mayo com muita antecedência, pesquisei bastante mas, infelizmente, a decepção que tive com o hotel foi do A ao Z! Começando com a recepção fria e antipática que se tem.... terrível! Quarto quente, sem possibilidade de se ajustar a temperatura, vazamentos no banheiro, entre outras cositas que prefiro não citar! O café da manhã é um espetáculo de horror a parte: pães e média lunas duros, velhos...frutas minguadas, café frio....e todo santo dia, a mesma coisa! Quanto aos colaboradores: insensíveis, rudes e sempre fazendo questão de demonstrar impaciência! Enfim....se for se hospedar no Tango de Mayo só pela localização, estou certo que há muitos outros com localização superior e que terão um trato mais refinado para conosco! Não gostei! Paguei caro por nada! Não recomendo!!!

Muy buena la atencion, hotel bonito y limpio

Das Frühstück war gut, aber nach 4 Tagen nur eier mit Würstchen bisschen einseitig. es gab genau noch eine Sorte Kochschinken und gelbkäse.Das Brot war sehr vielseitig.Gebäck und sehr leckere Croissant. Das ganze Müsli war auch da, ah...Tomaten in scheiben.

Staff kept locking my AC functions. Since my room faced the sun most of the day, It would get very hot in the afternoons. No bar on the property (they say it is seasonal). Breakfast was very average.

O hotel é charmoso, tem uma pegada de antiguidade e é bonito. Café da manhã é gostoso, porém bem simples. O quarto que ficamos era aconchegante, mas o isolamento acústico e a manifestação deixaram a desejar.

The location and breakfast are excellent. Beds are comfortable, with 2 sets of pillows. They also offer coffee and tea during most of the day in the lobby, and 1 litre of water per person per day. We had a challenge with the heating - the first room we got (512), on 5th floor, had a broken AC. The room temperature was 21 degrees Celsius (in winter), so we reported it the first night. Long story short, for 2 days, the receptionist & maintenance were convincing us that all is okay in the central system and ignored the actual room temperature. We got the other room on the 2nd floor later, which had a working AC, where the WiFi was working much better (still not perfect) and there was no mold on the ceiling above the shower. I guess that there is some room for improvement on the topic of managing guests complaints and setting expectations of the timing and resolution of the issue.
