The staff at this hotel are very kind and the location is good, with walkable distances to the sights of central Yerevan. The hotel has some shortcomings. The air circulation in my room was poor. There was always a stale smell. The windows could not be opened and running the ventilation fans in the ceiling made no difference. The fans were too noisy to use at night. There was mould around the window and on the shower grouting. The room was not very inviting with grey walls and cold white ceiling lights. There was a small refrigerator and a kettle, but no tea or coffee. Breakfast was advised from 8-10, but did not get laid out until 8:20 on some days. This made the timing tight for me on two days when I had tours departing at 9. On a day when I had to leave before 8, I asked and the hotel staff did let me have breakfast at 7:30, which I appreciated.

Great hotel for its price. Good location near the center of Yerevan and the staff is super friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

My stay here was wonderful. Ruzanna was great along with all of the staff. Clean and quiet but very close to all the attractions Yerevan has to offer. Yerevan will call me back and I will likely stay at the Hobby Hotel again!

個人旅行で利用。エレバン市内中心部の大通りを1本隔てた登り坂の途中に位置。カスケード、共和国広場は徒歩圏内。周りに飲食店も多くロケーションは良かった。部屋は必要最低限の物は揃っています。清掃はしてくれるけど、ゴミ捨てとベッドメイキング、トイレットペーパーの補充程度でシャワー室の排水溝にたまった髪の毛は綺麗にしてくれませんでした、シャワーの水圧も弱めです。朝食も可もなく不可もなく、至って普通です。私の部屋は通りに面していたので、車の通る音が少し気になりました。長期滞在するには不向き、2～3泊程度が妥当な所です。

My stay here was wonderful. Ruzanna was great along with all of the staff. Clean and quiet but very close to all the attractions Yerevan has to offer. Yerevan will call me back and I will likely stay at the Hobby Hotel again!

Ok stay, but not the best sleep due to very small duvets, no blackout curtains and a lot of noise from the street. Breakfast was basic but adequate for a night or so.

It was an almost perfect hotel absolutely in the centre. By arrival Ruzanna (hope I spelled it right) was a wonderful landlady. She did almost everything she could and I think that it is her wonderful character. I had problems according to my airline and she helped to contact the support for hours even I almost thought that I might got lost and last but not least, everything went fine!

The layout of the room was good. Closet space adequate and Safe was available for my belongings. Reception at night spoke little to no English, but daytime reception did. Blankets were thin and way too small for a king sized bed. Room needed to be vacuumed more. There were hairs all over the carpet. Shower and bathroom was nicely laid out bur shower does not drain fast enough allowing water to pool in shower. Not nice at all. Hot water was always available.
Wi-Fi was excellent
Breakfast needed to have a variety. Same thing every morning for one week. That was disappointing.
Location is about 20 minutes to the republic square. Diners and bars are about 10 minutes away.
