The staff are exceptional. Very clean. The location is excellent. No car needed for Palm Beach area. Chairs and Beach towels for use. You will need to bring your own shower essentials and blow dryer if you need one and purchase coffee and condiments if you like them. I have already booked another stay there for February.

Very safe

Sandra é ótima e muito prestativa. A Marcela nos atendeu e ajudou a todo momento que precisávamos. Ótimo lugar para ficar em relação a custo benefício, vale a pena. O quarto é limpo com boas camas, não cozinhamos mas tinha o necessário caso fosse preciso. A localização é bem perto de tudo em Palm Beach (só pergunte onde é o local para cortar caminho, pois se for andar pela rua principal fica bem mais longe). Vale a pena economizar na estadia para poder aproveitar os passeios que tem na Ilha. Não deixe de visitar o Parque Nacional e comer no trapiche Palm Pier no restaurante Bangalore foi definitivamente a melhor comida!

Hotel staff entered my son’s room several times with saying why. Proceeded to do something in the bathroom behind a mirror. No lockbox in the room either. He checked out immediately after the staff entered his room the last time. Was not a safe environment.

Very Affordable! This location is a 10 minute walk to the strip of main attractions. The beds were nice and comfortable

Nossa hospedagem na Posada Sandra Tours foi maravilhosa! O atendimento é impecável e a Sandra foi sempre muito atenciosa conosco, inclusive até em um dos dias nos foi a guia de um tour para as praias do sul do país que ficam mais distantes e só chegam com carro. A piscina da pousada é super gostosa e o quarto é aconchegante, e havia serviço de quarto todos os dias. O chuveiro não esquentava muito, mas estávamos no calor, então não foi um grande problema. Sobre localização, a pousada fica a menos de 10 minutos caminhando da praia de Palm Beach e dos principais bares da região de noite, e é um lugar extremamente seguro, de modo que pudemos fazer tudo a pé e economizar com taxi. Recomendo muito a hospedagem na Pousada Sandra Tours e espero voltar novamente!

This is a great place to stay if you're looking for an affordable option. While it’s not a 5-star property, it offers everything you need, and I’d give it a 5/5 rating when you factor in the price and all the amenities included. The staff is friendly, and they even allowed us to hang out by the pool after checkout.

Ameiiii Sandra não estava na pousada nas datas, mas foi super atenciosa no whats. A moça que arrumava os quartos foi super simpática e atenciosa. Pousada cheirosa e limpinha todos os dias, o quarto também era arrumado todos os dias. A cozinha no quarto nos ajudou muito em nossa estadia, como as coisas em Aruba são caras, foi muito econômico poder cozinhar no quarto. A piscina é muito boa!! Localização excelente, há 15 minutos andando da praia de Palma Beach (através de uma pequena travessia para pedestres entre a rua do hotel e a pista, próximo ao Palm Beach Plaza Mall). Tem ponto de ônibus em frente ao Palm Beach Plaza Mall, caso precise, no site da Arubus tem toda a rota deles e maiores informações. Nós alugamos um carro por 3 dias para ir às praias mais longe e ao farol. Amamos!!!

There was no recorded reservation when I got there. They found me a room close by for the first night. The staff was great. The room was ok, air conditioner needed fixing and no hot water for showers.

Everything was great

It looks like this property was at its prime 20-30 years ago. In our room, the window blinds were missing. The couch and beds were old with wornsheets and blankets. The bathroom faucet handle comes off. One Coffee cup in a room for 2-3 people. And there were roaches every day. Around the pool, the chairs were old and rickety and not sure if the jacuzzi works or not.

Eccezionale. Vicino alla migliore spiaggia dell’isola con i migliori ristoranti e bar. Casa pulita con piscina, il meglio che potrete trovare ad Aruba. Proprietari fantastici

La atención de Sandra y su personal excelente. Siempre atentas y dispuestas a responder dudas o consultas. Cerca de la zona de Palm Beach y de la parada de colectivo.

The owner Sr. Sandra it's such a lovely and helpful hoost. Nice and friendly, and I'll definitely returns to this peaceful and quiet place, close to all you needs. 5-10 mins. by walking and you ll be in the middle of "downtown" and the 🏖️ beaches at Palm Beach - this place is so well located if you like to have some quietness during the night.

The property did not know we were staying with them. Expedia did a poor job of communicating with the property to ensure that the reservation Expedia made for us was received. This caused last minute stress for us which was unnecessary. Also, I understood that we would be provided breakfast but this was not the case. Finally, there were bugs in our room.

I was the victim of a bait and switch. I booked and paid for a room with a double bed along with a single bed, a full size refrigerator, kitchen area. The room i booked was called the Royal Suite. When i arrived there was no conversation at all about room issues. I was taken to room 13. It was up 19 steps outside. Once entering it was a 12x12 closet at best with a dorm style refrigerator and TV that did not have a signal the entire first night and was useless . There was a bathroom as well. The room itself was clean. I had brought a cooler full of frozen meat with me and this certainly would not accommodate me. When i brought this to the attention of the gurl who escorted me to the room she called the owner. All of s sudden there was a language barrier. In essence I was told the other room had a broken bathroom and since it was NYE weekend there were no repairmen available. So i asked just to use the freezer in thebother room. I was then told no because work men would have to go in and out. It became obvious that they rented that room to someone else. It was NYE weekend and i had no choice to stay there. They did let me use an outdoor freezer that everone had access to. Thankfully my cooler was not disturbed. There was no apology no offer of refund. I was so disappointed. I was only staying there 2 nights tgen off to the Marriott surf club. It was only a 4 minute walk to the surf club. That is the only positive.

extreemly basic

Thank you to staff Sandra tours. Very nice people. I felt like I’m at home. Hotel located in just 7-10 minutes from the beach, restaurants, shopping mall. Very relaxing and quiet place.
