喜歡有洗衣機乾衣機及廚房。地點很方便。床都舒服。冷暖冷氣機非常舒服。 洗衣機很多污漬，明顯沒有清潔，還有床頭有很多塵，床頭櫃桶有垃圾。。。清潔方便有很大進步空間

Excellent - clean, convenience

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room is properly designed and comfortable. The facilities and kitchenware in the room are complete and useful for a family. Most staff of front line are helpful and friendly except that the check-in experience is unsatisfactory. The housekeeping is the weakest in comparison with my experience in other Melbourne hotels. They skipped my housekeeping services on second day (21st)and told me my room rates are not including daily cleaning.After I showed them my booking terms with hotel.com they restored the services on the third day (22nd)but the kitchen table was still in a mess when we came back the room at night. Thereafter, the kitchenwares were still dirty after taking out from cleaning machine. There were small feathers on the sofa. I had told the front desk but they said as they were from inside the sofa so nothing could be done. The overall condition is good.

Good location , but the cleaning service is not good and exceed my expection

We booked a room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We were assigned to a room with two bedrooms and one bathroom at first, we explained to the reception and it was found that there’s a problem with hotels.com’s description. Since there’s available rooms, the reception reassigned us to a room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms without additional charges. The room is clean and big. The hotel location is good. Walkable distance to most of the tourist spot and free tram zone station. Many restaurants around the hotel.

地理位置一流，去任何一個景點都非常方便，食店及種類非常多選擇，購物商店亦很多，住宿環境亦吾錯，工作人員非常專業及笑容滿面。是一間值得推介的酒店。

地置位置非常方便，在墨爾本CBD內。今次住在50樓，景觀一流！ 另外，接待的員工非常友善，而且很有禮貌，非常好！

酒店非常乾淨， 週邊交通都很方便， 步行到queen victoria市場大約十分鐘， 附近景點大多都可以步行前往， 問路前台職員會幫忙及詳細解答， 沒有提供拖鞋， 樽裝水只是提供第一天， 洗澡用， 洗碗碟機粉， 垃圾袋可到前枱取， 入住不提供打掃地方， 要自行每天倒垃圾到樓層垃圾房， 可提供煮食有焗爐， 非常滿意， 下次都會考慮再入住。

在市中心，交通方便 房間大，適合家庭入住 房間設備充足，方便在房間內煮食，並設有洗碗設備 房間清潔度令人滿意

地點絕佳，位於市中心，採買及旅遊都很方便。 客廳及房間空間寬敞明亮。 廚房配備齊全，但炒鍋刮傷嚴重，已不堪使用。

The staffs are very friendly and the room is clean. I can see others had commented on the heater not working and I was a bit worried so the first thing I checked was the heater. I can't make it work at first but I later figured out there is a switch on the wall near room entrance that must be switched on first before I can turn on the heater. Everything works fine then.

It’s wonderful experience living here. With clean room, big space and friendly staff, I had a great trip here. Perfect!

Brand new, not formally open yet, front entrance and some higher floors are still under construction. Facilities are well equipped, full kitchen,washer and dryer, easy to use. Rooms are clean and comfortable. smart tv, with Netflix, my kids love so much. Good location, within free tram zone, near ro Victoria market. Staff are nice.

The upper floors of the building still has some work on it, it was quite noisy that I was living at 7th floor that workers had to enter

Send email with quick reply and able to reserve a higher floor room for me; but still have lots of construction going on and the noise can start as early as 08:00. Fair works on cleaning and housekeeping. Very good location which close to Victoria market and central.

overall it's good, but only there's a condition that extra charge applied for the late check in. that's not reasonable/
