Clean room and comfortable bed. Nothing special. Would’ve been great if there was a toaster in the room which is a staple of all motor inns these days especially when you’re self-catering on a Sunday morning for brekky. There were limited breakfast options on Sundays in a town like Ballarat.

Air conditioner was not working well but left on an hour or so it did take the edge off.

Room was outdated. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Shower was over the old spa, so hard to climb in.

Our room was very poorly maintained. We found ants throughout the space, the bathroom had cracked tiles, and the bath faucet was coming off the wall. There was no shower curtain, so every time we used the shower, the entire bathroom flooded. Housekeeping was lacking during our three-night stay. Towels were only replaced once, and essentials like toilet paper and shampoo were never restocked. The room was not serviced at all—no beds made or cleaning done. To top it off, the iron provided was unusable and left a large stain on my white shirt. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience.

A very comfortable room except for couch that was too low to floor. Bed was great and the heating in the room was excellent. Spacious room. Been here before and the freshen up of room was nice to see.

Greeted by a lovely lady at reception. Room was warm and cosy. Have stayed before and will go back again. It had everything we needed.

Way to noisy can hear every single person who drives past Traffic and also people . can hear the traffic lights going all night As for the room needs maintenance taps dripping Not enough power points and what ever happened to courtesy water for people last thing you want after a long drive is to go out and get basic things Tea and coffee facilities need to be restocked pillows uncomfortable lucky to hav we got a few hours sleep poor Restaurant was really nice food wise service was lacking not busy had to intervene for a older couple who sat there for almost 30 minutes just waiting to take their order not good

All taps in the bathroom need attention. Shower over the bath was slippery and difficult to access.
