Air conditioning fine but no breakfast

Great location. Great room layout providing privacy between adults and kids. Staff helpful with requests. Next time we’ll get a room with a balcony. They look good.

The price is reasonable and the location is convenient for traveling to Ballarat. If you’re going to Sovereign Hill, it’s only a 5-minute drive. The staff is nice.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Nothing special. Would’ve been great if there was a toaster in the room which is a staple of all motor inns these days especially when you’re self-catering on a Sunday morning for brekky. There were limited breakfast options on Sundays in a town like Ballarat.

Room was outdated. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Shower was over the old spa, so hard to climb in.
