Everything is good. Staff is very helpful. Only no air con in each bedrooms but fans available, no WiFi could be connected.

當天我們早機到達，前檯給我們提早入住，很貼心！我們住了五個晚上，最可惜的是沒有打掃服務。位置不在沖浪者天堂的中心，走過去十分鐘左右，但是離海灘和輕軌都很近。我還是挺滿意這次住宿的。

很近車站和沙灘，房間好大，從露台可望到海景，服務人員態度熱情，即使在夜晚過了辦公時間check in都十分簡單方便

酒店離電車站近, 座落位置很好, 露台向東, 能看日出和海灘景, 超美的. 客房有洗碗機, 焗爐, 微波爐 和電磁爐, 煮食工具都有, 煮食十分方便. 泳池旁有BBQ爐, 非常適合大伙野活動. 但每客房只有一條鎖匙, 出入酒店大堂和升降機都必須要有鎖匙, 這個令各人不能分開活動, 十分不便. 另外酒店RECEPTION不是開24小時, 星期一至五是一般辦公時間,星期六日開半日, 紅日會關閉, 令CHECK IN十分麻煩. 雖然酒店客戶有免費WIFI, 但必須經RECEPTION提供資料後再申請帳號才能使用3GB的WIFI, 十分不便. 我和朋友總共住了4晚, 有2晚RECEPTION都不開, 到第3晚才能使用WIFI....客房也沒有LAN線....

房间很宽敞，很干净。离海岸很近。到市中心也不远。性价比不错

Most things were in good condition, but there were some maintenance issues - curtain in main room had broken 'slides' allowing it to droop untidily in one place; bedroom door onto the balcony with defective latch and very difficult to lock. The lounges are close to needing replacement (too soft for me!!). Most importantly, the remote for the main room's light/fan was missing. Had neither light nor fan there. Would have thought the presence of remotes would be checked after each stay, but evidently not. Disappointing, but otherwise the room and its ocean view were excellent.

An amazing voew, super clean apartment and very easy to reach Surfers Paradise from. 2 things marred the stay. The window blinds were wafer thin! Every morning at 4.15am, the bedroom was lit up and red hot! The second, twice we had to change our fob as we were denied entry to the building! Once I had to call out the 24hr help as it was 1am.

Clean room, good ocean view

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this property. The amazing ocean view was a true highlight and provided a beautiful backdrop for our entire trip. Furthermore, we were very pleased with the room's cleanliness—the space was immaculate and well-maintained upon arrival. The only unexpected condition we encountered was the requirement to remove all garbage from the accommodation upon check-out. While this wasn't a major issue, it is a service we typically expect to be included at other similar accommodations, and we feel it's worth noting for future guests. Overall, the positive aspects, especially the view and the cleanliness, made for a very memorable visit.

The apartment was excellent.

Great central location. Good facilities. Easy check in after hours.

Lovely Gold Coast view. We loved seeing g the migrating whales from the balcony.

Great location easy to get to beach and easy walk to explore shopping and food options just a short distance away. Great place to stay with family

We booked the three bedroom penthouse which was beautiful and had amazing views of the beach. The property is a bit run down and could do with some minor maintenance. I would recommend booking the three bedroom penthouse and would stay there again.

Our apartment was on the 12th level with uninterrupted views of the ocean. Very close to tram stop and about 12 minutes walk to Cavill Ave. Q1 building was 2 streets away. The apartment had all the basics. We stayed for 3 weeks and write up about apartment said serviced but found this was not correct. Washer and dryer included so linen etc was able to be washed.
