Location and great view

The apartment was excellent.

Great central location. Good facilities. Easy check in after hours.

Lovely Gold Coast view. We loved seeing g the migrating whales from the balcony.

Great size rooms. Walking distance to Surface. Beach views are amazing and so close

The lady on reception was lovely as to my aprtment with a wonderful view of the ocean.

Great views and good size apartments

Great location easy to get to beach and easy walk to explore shopping and food options just a short distance away. Great place to stay with family

We booked the three bedroom penthouse which was beautiful and had amazing views of the beach. The property is a bit run down and could do with some minor maintenance. I would recommend booking the three bedroom penthouse and would stay there again.

Our apartment was on the 12th level with uninterrupted views of the ocean. Very close to tram stop and about 12 minutes walk to Cavill Ave. Q1 building was 2 streets away. The apartment had all the basics. We stayed for 3 weeks and write up about apartment said serviced but found this was not correct. Washer and dryer included so linen etc was able to be washed.

The location is good and offers easy access to Surfers Paradise. The unit was old but spacious enough for a family. However, the cleanliness was average, and there were no basic kitchen supplies like salt or pepper. When I requested additional shampoo, the reception informed me that there would be an extra charge. Additionally, there was no daily cleaning provided.

clean comfortable conveniant location front of house were very friendly and went out of there way to help.

It was nice location. Had hard time sleeping as bedrooms did not have a/c. Stayed for 3 nights and needed to cook some food but unfortunately they don’t provide salt and paper. I am traveling from another country can”t bring my own spices and these are basic.

The view was amazing and the apartment had a well equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great space. The location was perfect. Easy 2 min walk to the tram and a beautiful stroll to the main beach. We stayed for five nights and the room only had one towel each, no face clothes and only one roll of toilet paper. So if you stay here it would be a good idea to prepare with supplies. They had an ice machine in the lounge that was loud throughout the night and clear instructions not to turn it off, which was a shame because took away from the peace of the place. The neighbouring tenant isn't friendly and we were told off for shutting our door to loudly when we when out in the morning. Overall a great location and great space. A little more attentions to detail would have us running back to stay again.

It was an amazing place to stay

The property was listed as pet friendly but when we raised comments made to us by some residents on check out we were advised it wasn’t, and someone had accidentally listed it as pet friendly. We understand mistakes are made but being accurate about being pet friendly is important as it was the reason we selected Baronnet Apartments. The only the other complaint is the internet was not available on the first day and there was no TV unless you logged into your own streaming accounts. The location is great if you’re looking for midway between Surfers and Broadbeach. The apartment was aging but clean.

Reception hours are real sketchy, outside phone to check-in not working, I was lucky residents were leaving so I could gain access to entry portal
