Big room Nice view with surfers paradise Very relax when looking at a big sea But the facilities are a little bit old

Room is too old and not acceptable! Specially the washroom! I don’t recommend this hotel! Online photos did not show the real situation of the room!It’s fake.

酒店前台每天9点到17点才有人！而且不提供house keeping 服务，都要自己打扫，定的时候应该提前提醒客人这是自助打扫的客房！而且多要一条浴巾要2美金！房间干净程度一般，沙发下面还有上一个客人的垃圾！

Stay 8 days but not at least one cleaning date . WiFi only can used 6days . Staff not friendly , no smile , no services

The hotel is cheap for its good location and views. It is easy to reach the beach and the shopping centre. The guard is friendly and helpful. However, the positives cannot compensate for the negatives. I shall start by mentioning the parking. First, the garage is inconvenient as lifts only reach the first level. Secondly, parking there is difficult. Countless pillars are placed on some utterly ridiculous positions. The garage also has a layout of a maze, making navigating in the garage difficult. Then it is the interior. All furniture except the air-con and the TV looks like it is from the eighties. Yet the interior would not create any nostalgic feeling as it is not properly maintained. The janitors seem not doing their jobs too. The bathroom floor is sticky. Cockroaches are hanging around in the bathroom. They even have a dead companion inside the cupboard. Lastly, the electrical appliances are not functioning properly. There is the fridge that would not cool anything, a TV remote that cannot control the TV, and a water boiler that would not stop boiling. The remotes in the room happen to have their battery covers lost, but the hotel decided that it would be good to just replace the lost covers with yellow tapes. To conclude, the apartment is not a good place to stay, especially for a long period. And please do not trust the pictures on the website. The reality is far different from the pictures.

接待處由8:30am to 5pm. 过咗下午5点關門。無人可詢問。第—晩睡房無冷氣，客廳电視無遥控器。第2天派人修理，冷氣開咗不能off. 因為末遥控器。我加住1晚共住3晩沒人來清潔，執房，換毛巾。

大堂竟然會關門，無人安排check in，要打電話給酒店，再按指示去爆夾萬取鎖鑰，真是第一次遇見。 晚上無職員，想要多張被，職員call人回來，算是好服務。不過，一間晚上無人當值的酒店，太異常。 電話、風筒，都是壞的！ 停車場很窄，泊車有難度。 好的方面，位置一流 廚房有齊爐具和煮食工具，可以買餸煮食，不錯

King size bad is just combine with 2 single bed, and I can feel the spring, very uncomfortable

All furtuniture are very old. sofa are borken and not clean enough. overall not tide enough. the front desk girl is too rude and not polite to customer. i will not come back stay this resort again. my 2 little boys felt not happy to stay there.

Conveniently located with a clean studio with a nice view. To add to that, they have amazing staff

Close to everything, only negative was the shower over the bath, they were very outdated..other than that would stay there again.

Quite good and very bad. Common areas are great, room in desperate need of repair and renovation. View was good. Location is great. Bathroom was terrible - filthy tiles, centre piece of shower screen missing, no soap tray or even towel rails, cheap (and old) fittings. Bed was nice. Carpet was poor. Tv and lounge jammed into a corner where neither fit. And having to pay extra for car parking, which I was only advised AFTER paying the non-refundable room fee borders on false and misleading advertising. I have photos of everything - don’t seem to be able to add them to this review

Super friendly staff!!!! Room was nice and clean! Really enjoyed my stay!

I stayed in the basic one dead king size Aprtment. It was very dated. It was Clean but it really could’ve done being updated on the hole. It was okay.

Value wise good for all. Bit frightened this morning as we were outside waiting on coach to airport when three lads arrived and were trying to get into beachcomer without card and wanted ours, i do think they were high on drugs maybe be but i am sure if you got cameras for the entrance area you will see there actions.
