절대 가지 말아야 할 곳. Nightmare 하룻밤에 벌레 15마리는 잡았음. 한숨도 잘 수가 없었음. 퀴퀴한 냄새. Filthy.

호텔 위치와 전망이 매우 좋았음. 하지만, 이불은 교체가 안되었는지 누군지 모를 사람의 머리카락, 체모들이 엄청나게 붙어있었음. 객실 내 휴지도 없었고, 전체적으로 먼지가 많이 쌓여있었음. 호텔처럼 인포에 직원이 상시 대기하는 곳이 아니라서 조금 불편했음. 와이파이는 로비에서만 가능.

Too many dogs in the building

For the most part, I was pretty upset with the staff and the room. The first room they gave me smelled disgusting and it was like a fungus/mold smell. I went and told the front desk this and they showed me two more rooms. One room smelled clean, but the hallway smelt heavily like cigarette smoke. The second room they showed me, the hallway smelled nice, but the room smelt bad. I ended up choosing the 2nd room they showed me. It was not up to par and I found multiple cockroaches in the room. When I let the front desk know about this, her reply was: “it’s pretty common here in Australia and they get it sprayed every 3 months, but they can’t catch everything.” Last time I checked, cockroaches in hotels aren’t a normal occurrence regardless of what part of the world you’re in. I also had to take my own trash out which was weird.

Very helpful in reception if you need assistance with anything

Room wasn't clean, didn't have a king size bed even though it stayed we would and we got locked out of our unit in the pouring rain for 2 hrs

Close to everything

Beach views were amazing, didn’t have to use the car while we were there so Close to everything and the use of trams . Rom was clean . Definitely coming back

Convenient location. Clean.

Room was nothing like pictures. Staff were friendly. Room needed updating, mold in bathroom, grate and drains had dust build up. Bath had paint peeling awaybed so uncomfy,could feel matress join

Satisfactory

Our stay at the Beachcomer was second to none. We found a clean well equipped room with a great view. Our check in and out was hassle free and the location is perfect. Definitely staying there again.

The view was fantastic , very clean and tidy , will definitely request this room again. Only negative was the wifi wasnt at all stable.

Had a great. Couldn't be more central. I can't fault it. The room description is exactly as. Will stay again.

Couldn't have loved it anymore. The staff were so lo ely and helpful. The only fault we could find was they didnt have biscuits for our coffee and sone idiot had smashed glass in the pool so it wasnt open. Other than that we will be back again. lplthere

Great location and friendly staff

I had the most amazing experience. Besides staying in a great beautiful ocean view room, when I needed urgent documents to be printed and resent to my email the girl at the front desk was so accommodating. She even sourced a business for me which was close by (and thankfully open on New Years Eve) to get some more work done. The service was simply impeccable and was very greatful for all their assistance as they certainly didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond for me.
