感覺不錯，適合一家四口住

悉尼往墨爾本途中臨時決定入住，通過app很快就訂好了很方便。由於入住晚，周邊所有的店基本都休息了，第二天起床也直接離開往墨爾本，對於中途停留一晚入住還是不錯的。

The bed was uncomfortable, the doona barely covered the bed. The noise from the apartment above was terrible

We arrived at 5:50pm on a Sunday, having contacted reception by phone, because reception closes at 6:00pm on a Sunday. In our room: 1. There was only half a roll of toilet paper and because it was after 6pm, reception was closed; 2. The room lighting was inadequate. It was very dark, particularly (but not only) over the kitchenette area; 3. When we arrived, the room was very cold. After a while the heating worked, but why couldn’t this have been turned on after we rang? 4. The bathroom had no heating at all. On the positive side: 1. We had requested a fragrance free room, and this was provided; 2. Location was very good; 3. Room was a good size; 4. Power points well located; 5. Housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly; 6. There were biscuits with tea & coffee…thanks; 7. Undercover parking very good.

Restaurant was not open, that would be the only negative.

Exactly what we needed. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out.

Excellent staff, very comfortable room, and a lovely room service meal for dinner. Beds are also very comfortable, and a huge plus point. Highly recommend this motel, and will definitely stay there again!

Loved that we could do our laundry - free! Also, everything was above expected standards; it’s reassuring that all the things a traveller needs is provided. We also ate in the bistro and found it good value and the food excellent - well done to the kitchen team there. Also appreciated the friendly helpful staff.

Good family room Beds were perfect

All clean room, great bar and restaurant. Check-in experience was poor as the staff member didn’t acknowledge me and was to busy on the phone to another staff member so I was left waiting for 5 minutes.

From the moment I walked into The Best Western Hovell Tree Inn...to the moment I left, everything was wonderful! A quiet and most enjoyable overnight stay here...thank you! 🙂 Room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet...something I had requested and happily fulfilled! All staff there were friendly, courteous and ever so obliging...thank you! Food in the bistro/bar was very enjoyable, although very slow. Bar staff friendly and very obliging too! 🙂 I highly recommend staying here and I thank all the staff for their friendly and helpful demeanour. 🙏

Safe parking, spacious modern room and gym & Jacuzzi was a plus. And a close proximity of a river walk.

Dining menu basic but well done. Bed very soft and uncomfortable for me but could suit others
