Fantastic apartment hotel with great city view

great location easy access to queen street mall Aircons didn't work correctly and did not get fixed during our stay. Would rate this a 1 out of 10

Rooms were great but floor and carpet was dirty and there was no broom cleqn up so gard for family staying more than a night as there is no house keeping unless yoy pay extra. There qas no extra garbage bags left in apartmenr withwr which was inconvenient. Drier only worked intermittently must have been something wrong with it. And the mattress in one of the room was horrible to sleep on and when we asked for something to be done they promised to help but did nothing

Property was pretty nice. Lots of other construction.

We loved our stay at the skytower, the location was perfect we walked all over brisbane and it was close to the central station. The rooms were spacious and well kept. It was also great having the full kitchen and amenities.

As always it was a wonderful stay. Amazing views and great service. I’m already looking forward to the next time

Very nice, but very bare bones on furnishings. Wished we had tvs in the 2 bedrooms. Location is perfect!!

There was no iron in the room. Received text threatening to charge me extra parking fees even though we had checked out around 9.30 and placed keys and parking card in drop box. Rang the number provided and the woman on end then wanted me to send an email even though explained where card is. She was too lazy to do her job. In stead wanted me to email someone else. Completely wrecked the entire experience

Skytower was in a fantastic location near the botanical gardens and a few minutes walk into Queen st Mall. Lovely views

Unacceptable Customer Service – A Disgrace to Hospitality My experience at CLLIX Skytower was nothing short of appalling, thanks to the unprofessional and outright hostile treatment I received from a staff member named Senara. From the moment I raised a simple issue about a faulty car pass, Senara’s approach was accusatory, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. Instead of listening or investigating the issue, she immediately blamed me, insisted on charging me a $100 replacement fee (which she later denied), and raised her voice when I rightfully pushed back. When I politely requested to speak with another staff member to de-escalate the situation, she outright refused, yelling, "I won’t let you deal with my colleague whilst I am the MANAGER here!!!"—as if asserting dominance was more important than resolving a guest’s concern. Moments later, she screamed at me, "DON’T RAISE YOUR VOICE AT ME!" despite the fact that she was the one escalating the matter. To make things worse, instead of diffusing the situation professionally, she brought in two security guards to stand intimidatingly close to me, as if I was some kind of threat—when in reality, I was simply a paying guest trying to resolve a problem that should never have escalated in the first place. Only when she realized that her aggressive approach wasn’t working did she backtrack, suddenly changing her tone and suggesting the charge “may not be necessary”. This was not a resolution—it wa
