The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The night view from the 79th floor was absolutely stunning — it was truly a wonderful stay.
The only issue we encountered was with the dryer, which seemed to stop automatically, possibly due to overheating, and couldn't fully dry our clothes. Although staff responded quickly and sent someone to check, the problem wasn’t completely resolved.
That said, it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed the room. If we have the chance to visit again, we would definitely choose Skytower once more.

live on the 79 floor with excellent views. room spaces are large enough for kids to play hide and seek. Mattress and pillows are comfortable. Locations are also petty good, restaurants and supermarkets are within the walking distance.

The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The night view from the 79th floor was absolutely stunning — it was truly a wonderful stay.
The only issue we encountered was with the dryer, which seemed to stop automatically, possibly due to overheating, and couldn't fully dry our clothes. Although staff responded quickly and sent someone to check, the problem wasn’t completely resolved.
That said, it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed the room. If we have the chance to visit again, we would definitely choose Skytower once more.

nice environment and comfortable living experience, however, they arrange us lived in 6 floor which is terrible view. If we can live in high floor and our family can enjoy the city view. Besides, the car park is additional fee, I paid by cash,but they charged me by credit card again. Because , I checked the credit card bill and found it, finally they refunded the car park fee to me, but cost me lots of time dealing with it.

地點非常好，近多處景點，搭乘免費車船皆方便，前台客服很客氣，服務態度佳，唯一美中不足的是7天才一次housekeeping，導致浴巾等等衛生用品要常常去前台要，真的很不方便。

入住前已經先刷卡，但在check in時候服務人員竟然又刷卡一次，而且不能及時處理，還要告知經理才能處理，到退房時候才說有在處理，飯店都還在施工，大廳很小，煮東西要注意排風不然味道很難散，健身房和游泳池也不大，但地理位置優越，靠近皇后街
