I always enjoy staying at Brisbane Skytower. Everything during my last stay was perfect. A special thank you to Ili, who made the stay particularly pleasant with his kindness and professionalism. Whenever I have the opportunity to come to Brisbane, I return to the same place. It truly feels a bit like my second home when I am in the city. The location is excellent — very central and close to everything. The apartments are also wonderful: comfortable, well equipped, and they really make you feel as if you are at home. I look forward to my next stay.

Ridiculous parking situation, apartment was very sparse with cheap furniture. Pool on level 60 was very strange, not big enough to do laps and had big open wi does at top which actually made it really cold ( pool was warm but unless shoulders were under it felt really cold in there.

Amazing stay! Huge thanks to Ili! Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. Clean room, friendly staff, and a fantastic location – close to everything. I always enjoy staying here when I’m in Brisbane, solo or with family. Highly recommend!

Great apartment and awesome views. We decided to extend our stay but this proved more expensive than i would have liked/expected (compared to our initial rate).

Room was very small and bathroom was dirty. Extra towels for the pool

Room was large and well appointed. Heaps of storage and kitchen was great. Bedrooms were excellent full black out curtains - pound for pound the price and the quality are hard to beat in an aging Brisbane option market - sky tower stands out for age and quality

Front desk was wonderful and helpful. There was not enough seating in the living room for 4 people comfortably. Needed a larger couch and more comfortable chairs in the living room. The couch in the living room sat 2 people and needed to be replaced...very uncomfortable. The unit was clean and beds comfortable.

The room was perfect.

The actual apartment was absolutely incredible but the service that you get if you try and call the phone number and be outsourced to the Philippines and being completely unhelpful. After 20 minutes on the phone, I hung up and had to book through a third- party. There was a 30 minute wait to check in where was just one person checking everyone in and a gormless manager leaning on the counter not even acknowledge anyone that was waiting or bothered to help check the long line in. Hotel room was great but woke up in the morning and found that there were no towels at all in my room put through again to the front desk which went again to the Philippines. Spent another 10 minutes on the phone trying to figure it out eventually got the desk and they said that they would send towels up another 20 minutes go by l, I called the front desk again and get put through to the Philippines again and was told that they were very busy and had to collect them myself. At this stage, I am very late for my course and had to go down to reception literally with my pyjamas on very angry. I go back to my room with my towels and see that the towels are now on the kitchen bench. 😡 The poor front desk staff are understaffed and having to deal with the fallout of a system that just simply does not work. Whilst the front of the staff are friendly, I feel sorry for them as they would have to deal with the fallout on a day-to-day basis. Employ some people in Australia, please! This is not working!

Place was great, issue with the shower.

Great staff, great location and view. Apartments are great, quiet and well appointed. Have stayed twice lately and the showers have a water issue flood much of the bathroom. Worth looking to stay if travelling to Brisbane
