The room was very large; 2 br 2 bath, laundry and kitchen. It was on the 83rd floor-fantastic views. It’s also located in a great part of the city with lots of restaurant options.

Location is perfect, walking distance to most things around. Quiet neighborhood and new building. My suggestion is to get a better cleaning; there were hairs in the shower and the kitchen was ok but the drawers were not too clean. Overall, great experience!!!

We had to wait a while to be able access our apartment, and was advised by the Reception that we would be advised when our apartment was ready. We had to wait to about 3.30 before being able to access our apartment. We received no advice it was ready. The apartment was lovely and comfortable and had most applicances that we needed. However, where it had a dish drier, and washing machine, they did not provide any laundry and dish soaps, we had to buy them the next day so we could do our laundry and wash some of the plates we used. it was a little inconvenient to get to anywhere and a bit of a walk to Queen Street, Finding restaurants and cafes in the near vicity was hard. Unless you are there for business i would not really recommend the apartments to any of our friends and family.

Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The apartment wasn’t cleaned to an acceptable standard, with uncleared food and drink stains on the blinds, marks all over the walls, soap scum throughout the bathroom, and even holes in the towels. To make matters worse, our key card stopped working on the second day. Thankfully, reception was still open, so we were able to have it replaced without too much hassle. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance fell well below expectations especially for the price I paid.
