Stayed there for 4 nights . Check in was quick . Staff very helpful and informative . The room and the bathroom were almost spotless . Location is great no matter you drive or not with a lot of choices of restaurants around . Also the room has a kitchen which was also clean and we cooked up some meals to save some money from dining out . All in All , our stay was great and it deserves our coming back .

The room was acceptable, the position was great with easy access to Buses and Trams (a short walk across the Piazza) in Lygon street, additionally 24 hour convenience with 711 across the road.
The Carlton Lygon lodge team were always approachable and attentive.

Clean room, plenty of space. Kitchenette was handy. Trams nearby and they run very frequently. Supermarket down the road and the hotel is surrounded by eating places. The Afghan restaurant nearly next door was excellent.
