Great position next to Central Station, short walk to Light Rail. Chinatown/Haymarkwt eateries close by. Good access to Darling Harbour too. Wonderful guy at reception got me into a room early, which is always nice after an early morning flight. Nothing fancy, but neat and tidy, and everything you need to rest up after a long day sightseeing. Would gladly stay again.

I like the hotel because of its proximity to Central station. Being at the CBD, the transport and tourist facilities are within reach. The vibrancy of the place and good weather make my visit very enjoyable. However there is no provision of shower cap and slippers dampen the comfort level of residency. On the whole the receptionist are friendly and helpful.

轉乘輕軌再步行約十分鐘即可到達,位於在China town附近,距離中央車站及熱鬧的街道很近,周遭有小酒館,附近有許多餐廳。但是煮水壺吧檯設計在衣櫃內,取用熱水或加熱時有點危險顧慮

Very tired place. Lots of marks on walls, ripped carpet level 9 near lifts. Bathroom sink stained, pillows too bulky. (Which would be fine if there was a choice). Ordinary oldish TV (no HD) But bed was comfy and staff were great.

The position in Sydney was ideal for going to the Capitol Theatre. The staff were great when we checked in. The room was a good size but the bathroom was a little tired looking and didn't seem very clean, but maybe just a bit past used by date.
There was tea & coffee facilities for two but only one tiny uht milk tub in the little bar fridge. There also where no wine glasses in the room for the bottle we bought along with us. The bed was a king size and it was clean and comfortable.
On the whole it was okay but maybe they need to spruce up the bathrooms a little.

Normally I only do reviews, when I have a positive feedback. But this will be an exception. The hotel facilities and its surroundings are worse, than you expect from the description. To close to the main station. Police visit in the nigth - strange and disturbing. Lots of noise from the streets. No real breakfast solution - just some neighbour cafés. Sydney was great. But very disappointing. hotel experience. Sorry.

I like how prompt to the staff and provided our request of extra pillows and storing my luggage , since I have returning booking. However, there is one staff at the desk who is bald and dark skinned man, who has impolite tone when talking to me. I feel like he’s not a good fit in information desk.

Very convenient loction for public transport, across the road fromCentral station: airport, suburban and city trains, Metro station, one block from light rail. Easy walk to Market city and Darling Harbour. Clean and relatively spacious room. Some traffic noise but to be expected given location.

The room 1103 was large, clean and quiet except for late night antics next door. Bed was large, comfy mattress and pillows. Bathroom was clean. Onsite restaurant ordinary. Shops and supermarket nearby and a 5 minute walk from Central Railway Station. Trams. Buses all within 5 minutes to take you anywhere including Circular Quay. For around $160 a night, great value.
