Breakfast was very good.

Great location near Southern Cross Station and not far from Flinders Street Station as well. Well equipped room with kitchen supplies.

地點方便，景觀一流。不過房間隔音比較差，外面的噪音十分大。Wi Fi有時不太穩定，不過酒店職員十分有禮貌，服務態度非常好。

住宿价格偏高，而且Parking收费贵切每天都不能保证有车位。位置尚可。

clean but the noise is so bad. we did not have a good sleep as of train noise , neighboor noise, the water sound from other room makes sounds in our room.

The check in process was terrible and even trying to explain the situation to assist was ignored which created more issues later.

I stayed in room 8012 the room was good with a great shower, The issue was a electrical buzzing noise coming from the wall it came on buzzed for 4 seconds then went off for 2.5 seconds all night long. I have stayed at the Clarion Suites before with no issue but may choose else where just incase i get that room again.

Communication from booking was very poor. Paid for parking and breakfast. Was contacted for payment a few weeks prior to dates of arrival, I asked to pay via debit as I wanted to avoid the 1.3% credit card charge, I was told I can’t do that. I inquired about not having a different option to pay and automatically being charged the 1.3% on top of the $923 for two nights, they said that was just the system. Then at check in I was asked to pay for parking and pay for breakfast…. Again tried to clarify I had already paid and the lady indicated she’d have to speak with her manager even though I had the receipt for proof. After a lot of frustration got checked in paying an extra $70 for the two rooms due to the 1.3% credit card charge. Room was very dated, smelled, carpet stained, bed not at all comfortable, shower tub was narrow to stand in. The view was nice. Definitely not worth the $500/night!! Buffet eggs took too long, so the food picked up on the buffet was cold. All in all, this was not good value for money no matter how convenient the location was. Wouldn’t recommend to stay unless you get a good deal.. $500/night is Crown prices not a dated smelly hotel like this one!

The price value is very good here The staff is kind and helpful. The one BR they upgraded me to was very large. The bed is excellent. And the room was super quiet. Good spot for jet lag recovery. I also like the location. Trams are close. Southbank is close. Downside is the entire hotel and the rooms badly need an upgrade from its 1980s decor and shabby feel. It doesnt feel clean and modern. But i guess thats why the prices are reasonable too.

Upgraded to a 1 bedroom which was great. Big room. Pretty clean. Super comfy bed. Loads of hot water. Daily cleaning was great.
