I have stayed at this location multiple times and has been great. The staff are wonderful and polite from the barista and bar staff. Check in and check out is first. Keep the great work.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was so friendly, funny and accommodating. I got a complimentary bottle of wine cause it was my birthday (they did ask for ID to check) and they let us store our bags so we could spend the day in the city after check out.

Very clean and tidy Struggled with the washing machine/dryer, but maybe that was us, but it all worked in the end.

Great location, easy access to public transport and Sea Life Centre. After checking in we identified an issue with our aircon. This was quickly checked and determined that it couldn't be fixed. Duty manager's Michael and Alex were wonderful in changing our room, providing a room upgrade as well as complimentary drinks. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and it was good. Apartments were well appointed and we loved the balcony and views across to Southbank. Our son loved the indoor pool which was great for a cool off after a busy day. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel from a service point of view the staff went out of their way to make things so easy and enjoyable. Hotel is showing a bit of ageing however still a comfortable night and would definitely return

Very attentive staff and food on site wonderfully prepared

Upon checking in, our key did not work in the lift, so we had to be guided up by concierge. The keys were not working properly, so everytime we left our room or the hotel and reentered, we had to be taken upstairs by an employee. This resulted in us not using our complimentary drinks cards as we couldn't get back to our room once we used them without assistance. The shower also didn't work properly as the water sprayed from the wall joint, spraying the ceiling more than our body. An overall disappointing stay. Great location though! Could be so much better!

The hotel needs to be updated.

The room we stayed in was terrible we paid additional for a balcony room and the balcony was full of industrial stuff on the outside so we only had the tiniest of balcony couldn’t fit 2 people comfortably on it yet we paid extra to have it my sister got the same room and had a massive balcony There was someone else’s hair in the shower so this was not cleaned properly The parking was terrible and hard to get into Buffet breakfast was terrible for $40 per person we could have gone elsewhere there was not much variety bacon eggs sausages cold hash browns baked beans mushrooms were the only hot options We called the front desk and some lady answered we asked for a bucket of ice as we were celebrating my husbands 40th birthday and I was told they are to busy if I wanted it I could come down to the restaurant and get it myself!! Worst service ever Overall not worth the $400 we paid for a night and definitely won’t be back or recommend to anyone Only good thing about our stay was August she was amazing and has beautiful customer service the other staff should take a leaf out of her book because the rest of them are rude
