The breakfast is delicious, and the breakfast area is beautiful and comfortable. The hotel overall is very nice, and the beds are so comfortable. The only thing I didn’t love were the bathroom lights — they were too dim! It made it hard for us girls to do our makeup.

Wonderful place to stay in central Cairns, you step out of the hotel and you are on the boardwalk in the heart of Cairns. The night market is only a few doors away along with wonderful restraunts.

What an absolutely beautiful Place to stay. The first win for me is ALWAYS... The Lobby.
Upon arrival it was so clean, looked lovely and the fragrance in the air was Incredible. Our Room... So good. Clean, spacious, comfortable, crisp clean sheets. Great size bathroom. AWESOME Black out curtains. And the seating on the balcony... I could stay there all day. So, so comfy. The staff were also so accommodating and helpful. Very professional but friendly. Only down fall was we couldn't stay longer. Highly recommend. 💯

Clean, quiet and conveniently located! I spent a week at the Flynn and appreciated all of the amenities, the proximity to great food options and activities, especially the esplanade. My room was quiet and comfortable with amenities like robes and slippers and nespresso coffee and milk refreshed as needed.

Welcoming staff were really friendly and helped out about directions to different buildings.
However, room service was terrible. iPad menu in the room went blank, so had to order room service by phone and waited more than an hour. Eventually we had to cancel it because it was running too late and we had to go out.
Booked 2 bedroom suites, the carpet in the living room smells really bad and been allergic throughout the stay.
No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Non wonder why the room always has a moist smell.
Also, the A/C was really loud and bad air quality. Lighting in the room is also really dark. The design was meant to create a vibe but not suitable for everyone. There should be adjustments that we can choose to make the room lighter.

Staff were very kind and efficient. Space was beautiful and in a great location. My first room had two small signs that it wasn’t cleaned properly, so I went down to inform staff and they immediately changed my room for me and gave me a $10 voucher to the bar.
