Excellent hotel for a city break. Check-in was quick and efficient. Location is excellent, right in the middle of the city. Room was clean and modern. WiFi worked well. Comfortable beds. Spacious clean bathroom. Friendly staff. Light switches are a bit confusing to work out, but not a big deal. Overall, highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in the centre of Cairns explenade. The room is beautiful (level 12) Only the mattress its too soft, if someone has back issue or chronic pain, better let the staff know. For the rest 10/10 .

Unfortunately this has been the worse accommodation on our honeymoon trip from Kingscliff to port douglas. We don't blame the staff as they tried their best. No keys to carpark for whole stay Food at the Italian restaurant sounded so good but delivered little. . So disappointing Big let down from something that promised so much

The staff was so kind and helpful. Especially Charlotte! The room was very clean and nice. It was located central and close to everything walking. The food was good at the Boardwalk Social and nice ambiance. It was affordable. 26$ for a hamburgar and fries. I would go back for sure.

ケアンズの中心地にほど近く、ホテルの周辺には多数の飲食店があり、ナイトマーケットも非常に近かったです。フェーリーターミナルや、キュランダセントラル駅にも徒歩10分程度で行くことができ、立地はとてもよかったです。 ジムはかなり小さいです。またホテル入口からフロントまでの間に階段があり、スーツケースも階段で上げなくてはならないのはマイナスポイントでした。 部屋は小綺麗で可愛らしく、好感が持てました。必要十分な広さだと思います。

The property itself is well situated along the Esplanade, so the options of food was plentiful. Also very central and close to shops, museum, aquarium and the harbour, so all within reach. The property itself was well laid out, and the room itself was large. I had a room at the Esplanade Tower, so it faced the esplanade and the beach front. Room was good, and the ned itself was of a good firmness. Toilet was large. Only minor issue is that the lights in the room can be a little bit more brighter. But overall, all good.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Carines Esplanade. Walking distance to all major attractions (night market, lagoon, reef, rusty's and shopping) and transport (central train station for Kuranda train and buses). Very helpful staff (Ricardo and Manuel especially). Hotel was very clean, rooms were too and well appointed (espresso machine, slippers, robes). Lovely shower and Origins branded bath products (look in the drawer under the sink, it actually pulls out and contains some essentials). Only negatives were slightly musty smell of rooms, but that goes away once AC turns on, likely due to climate, and lobby needs a ramp for lugagge. I did not try the restaurants inside this hotel but CC's across the street at the Bailey was wonderful.

Reception was perfect, & we were kindly treated with a birthday cocktail on arrival from Ricardo, thank you. room was lovely, pillow menu spot on, would loved to have seen tea cups in the room…sadly our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days but was cleaned after we followed up with reception & they were very apologetic…we will be back. the location was perfect & walking distance to many attractions, right on the esplanade & public entertainment spaces…boardwalk social was a great space to unwind ..thank you all at Crystalbrook Flynn for a wonderful mini break stay 😊
