Small room engine noise from plant all hotel is interested in is getting people to book spa services at extra costs tried to book table for meal told would have to wait for an hour and half even though restaurant was emptied lucky another staff said that was incorrect and they did have a table parking is insuffient hotel also has covered parking but has charge for that so its empty i said at this hotel about 14 years ago and it was great but has gone downhil will not bother going back ever again

Comfy room.
Check out 10am.
We requested a slightly later check out - 10.30, but the key didn't work @ 10.15.
Staff member let us in. 🙂Another one knocked -'housekeeping' a minute later.
This took the edge off our stay.
Not a cheap hotel, one would expect 11am check out.

Only comment on accommodation as hot springs access not included. Expedia photos are touched up. 20% off but bathroom has jaccuzi tub. Message sent through Expedia was not answered by the property staff. Else would have chosen other booking platform as price is much lower since hot spring access not included. Location is good as near beach.
