The Hotel was the perfect location for a lovely long weekend away, the view from all rooms (we had 4 rooms) were breathtaking. It's a must to do the Hot Springs experience as you won't be disappointed , it was the highlight of our trip and if you are lucky enough to get a booking for a massage do it.
The staff are very approachable and happy to help and will to their best ability fix any problems that arise, parking is bit challenging but the carpark out the front is still an option with a couple of minute walk to the hotel.
We would 100% stay here again

The hot springs are an excellent feature in this hotel although it would be great if guests were provided a robe free of charge. The rooms were comfortable warm and clean. We had dinner in "Tides" the restaurant in the foyer and the food was delicious!
Highly recommend!

The most disappointing stay I have ever had. Arrived after 4 hour drive to be told the indoor heated poor was down this week for maintenance…no email, nothing on website. When i explained that was why we came as we had visited and loved it 10 years ago, was advised if I wanted I could use the local swimming pool.
I couldn’t then book into hot springs instead as advised by the desk because it was adults only in the evening.
Tried to make the kids happy with the indoor pool, it was freezing!

Disappointed there was no robes or slippers or toothbrush in the room of standard room,think for the price it needs robes back. Bottle water 🍶 would be good too. Comfortable night sleep. Would prefer la a carte instead of buffet breakfast at $30 pp.

Location is walking distance to water. Hotel restaurant was closed for dinner but there are other options in town or takeout delivery.
Breakfast at hotel was ordinary & rooms are a little dated.
Overall it was a good stay.
