Friendly staff who are really helpful

房間寬敞整潔，廚房設備完整，家用大冰箱很方便。溫泉需要另外付費與預約，是原來的間裡面沒有的，下次有機會來訪時要特別留意！

櫃檯員工，諮詢回答問題態度一般，客房租金，沒提及因假期節日，不包括溫泉入場券收費，及此，需要預約溫泉區入場時間，要改到早上，購買門票入場！

房間很舒適寬敞，這房間高層向海，景色優美，環境清靜，可惜hot springs 需要額外付費，游泳池暖水系統壞了，正門的自動轉門也壞了。

房間價格太貴，另外又要付浸溫泉費用，早餐太小食物選擇，房間內設施太舊，房內燈光太暗

I very much enjoyed the hot springs

Great place to stay, very comfortable with very helpful staff.

The parking is very annoying. Having to park 'at the front of Lady Bay resort' is offputting. Breakfast is minimal. Room and bed good. Clean. Nice to access the hot springs.

Schlechter Service, Gepäck musste mit viel Mühe selber ins Zimmer verbracht werden, kein Personal zur Verfügung, um zu helfen! Frühstück sehr bescheiden, es wurde auch bereits 30 min vor Frühstücksende nichts mehr nachgefüllt, kein Heißgetränk inklusive und bestellbar, es gab dünnen Kaffee aus dem Thermospender! Kein freier Eintritt für den stattlichen Übernachtungspreis in den Hot Spa Bereich, unglaublich! Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer for free, eigentlich Standard, ebenfalls unglaublich, aber wahr.

Ausstattung ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen

This hotel was well located for the Great Ocean Road. The hot spring soak was great. Dinner at Tides was amazing. Wonderful food and great service. The room itself was comfortable enough but very dark. Some lights were out. It was very loud. People were carrying on at the hotel driveway and smoking and all that reached our room directly above the driveway on the 1st floor. Would have expected better coffee for the price of the room.

Nice place but for the price it would have been nice to have a bottle of water supplied in the room and coffee from the coffee machine supplied with breakfast instead of the perculated coffee. Other than that it was great.

When we arrived the receptionist was talking with a guest, we weren’t even acknowledged, the conversation went for nearly 5 minutes, not a good start. Our room was lovely until my husband laid down in bed and I went into the bathroom, the bathroom fan has been placed in the cavity just above the bed and was vibrating the whole wall. This meant everytime the lights were turned on in the bathroom the noise above the bed happened, this is a huge problem, as I get up to go the bathroom 2-3 times a night and couldn’t turn the light on as it would vibrate the wall and wake my husband. The toilet roll is so far away I couldn’t reach it, the shower needs shelves in it, nowhere to put your products, oh and don’t forget

I booked here for my partners birthday, booking in for the 5 course chefs tasting menu as a nice birthday meal, looked at the photos online and it looked great. Well, sorry to say but this wasn't the case. Wooden tables, no table cloths, cutlery and glasses all different and dirty . And the fruit flies covered the restaurant. I had let them know of a peanut allergy a week before yet they only then changed the dish as we were sat down to some made up rubbery mushroom. The menu online was nothing what we had, there was certain components missing, different cuts of meat, every dish was tastless and bland. I've worked it many Michelin establishments and been in hospitality 8+ years, should hopefully know now what a good plate of food consist of. Along with this we chose a bottle of wine, they didn't have it, then chose another and they didn't have that one ? How can you now have 2 bottles of wine on your menu ? ( The lady was good to however then give us a different alternative for the same price- thankyou but this still isn't the point! ) We left and refused to pay for or meal as it was a let down to what had a been such a great day. The hot pools are good, need some more lights outside in around to make it look better if you choose the twilight session. There is no electric car charging and bits around the hotel, like going in from the car park and the lifts just seem dirty. This place really needs a good revamp. Lastly how can you charge people $30pp per morning for breakfast!
