A clean, comfortable and air conditioned room. The Spa is the highlight of the location and we'll worth visiting. The buffet breakfast was tasty but there are several cafes a short drive away with excellent offerings.

We found the hotel room to be quite dated and not very spacious, especially for the price we paid and compared with other accommodation options in the area. It definitely feels like the rooms could benefit from some refurbishment.
However, the hot spring is truly the standout feature. We really enjoyed it — relaxing, well‑maintained, and absolutely the highlight of our stay.
Overall, while the hotel facilities could use improvement, the hot spring experience alone makes the visit memorable.

The hotel is very nice. Conveniently located and having the Hot Springs next door is a plus.
Downside, the rooms are not very sound proof. We could hear the people above us walking around.
I rang reception to get someone to help us with our luggage and no-one came. I eventually went down and got the luggage trolley myself.

I don’t think it is fair to market this a hot springs resort if this is paid separately at full price and the hotel guests have the same access to the limited schedules that apply to outside visitors. A more accurate description would be this is a HOTEL with a thermal baths business beside it.
There are no real benefits for being a guest for attending the thermal baths. There is no discount and is exactly the same as if for visitor attending.
The buffet organisation was very chaotic, with the food positioned at far end making it necessary to navigate through small spaces between dining tables to reach it. Children were unsupervised grabbing food with their hand and pushing in where adults had lined up to serve. Food and juice was finished quickly and not refilled often.

Having a balcony with a sliding door enables ventilation and listening to the sea - fantastic!
The beds, sheets & doonas are also fantastic and comfortable.
Breakfast also great too.
Aisha makes great pizzas at the cafe too and is extremely helpful..
