We loved our overnight experience here. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were lovely and it was good value for money. Overall, excellent. We would stay here again.

We arrived at 4pm and reception was closed - all staff had gone home. I didn’t check in online as arrival prior to 5pm stated that not to be a necessity.
Very noisy area with heavy freight train running nearby.
Rockhampton is not a town we’ll be returning to any time soon!

We left halfway through the night as the air-conditioning is temperature controlled and not low enough to effectively cool the room. It was sweltering and no fan. The bathroom floor is also dangerous as the water doesn't drain. The manager didn't care or offer a refund

Lovely room but very dusty. Booked a room with a spa but did not use it as fitting were quite worn and a ball of hair was blocking the drain. Strong smell of dampness in the toilet.

There were cockroaches all over the tea and coffee making facilities, which I have video evidence of. It was like something out of a horror movie.
Also, the windows didn't open, and the room badly needed airing out as it had a gross, musty smell.

Das Zimmer hatte ein tolles Flaire und war wirklich etwas Besonderes. Es war sehr großzügig, großes Doppelbett und viel Platz. Alles da, was es brauchte. Personal ebenfalls sehr nett.
