Even the apartment is old but clean . The reception lady is very friendly. (1) the washing machine need to be cleaned up after the guests check out each time . (2) the oven is better to have a clear label so the guests know how to use !

They have been very helpful when I have trouble to self check in. Wonderful! The room is super clean and comfortable.

Excellent experience in the apartment. It’s spacious, with balcony, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing, washing machine and dryer function normally. We enjoyed dining and cooking in the open kitchen. The price is not expensive if book more than 4-5 days. The only thing concerned me could be the location, we feel not that safe at night as we met several suspicious men after six and not many shops and restaurant nearby.

They need a sign on light switch near door. Its not a light switch, its a main power supply switch. I dont even know the purpose of putting a mains isolator as a light switch near door entry.

I like how close it was to everything. I like how clean the place was with adequate kitchen facilities. Its really close to public transport and places to eat and buy things at i.e IGA What i didnt like was nothing its great!

Really nice apartment that had everything we needed (apart from a pair of scissors) and very quiet despite being in a built up area. Never heard any noise from other apartments. Friendly and helpful reception. The train station is less than 10 minute walk to get into the city or airport.

Property was in a great location, easy to walk every where. Accomodation was dirty though, the place needs a good proper clean. The staff was great, very helpful when needed.

The property was close to a hospital so was very noisy particularly at night with sirens regularly heard throughout the night. Communication was great. Beds uncomfortable.

This property double booked us and didn’t let me know until I had called to arrange late check-in.

Very pleasant stay in a nice spacious apartment. Parking was very tight, otherwise cannot complain.

This is our second stay at Pavilion on Brookes. Check in is fast and easy. Prior communication for check in and parking/bedding configuration. Room was clean and well presented. Apartments are spacious and well equipped. We will absolutely stay again.

Accomodation was super close to event we were attending. Upon arrival it was clear there was an issue checking in as there was a large number of people waiting in line to check in. Apparently they were short staffed & some rooms weren’t ready for guests. I really felt for the lady at reception as she really was doing a great job trying to sort the situation out & some guests really weren’t as understanding as we were. Accommodation itself was clean comfy & a great location, only downside was very little parking, luckily I’d requested 2 nights parking prior to arrival otherwise we would have had to find parking elsewhere. We had a large vehicle too which we couldn’t fit into the designated parking spot we were given as it had a fridge sitting in the way (random) & when brought up with staff they said there was nothing they could do, luckily another obliging guest switched parks with us, but we had to organise that ourselves. Would stay here again though, price was good, location was good & accommodation adequate to our needs

Not close enough to public transit. Otherwise a great apartment for our family.

Great property to stay at people were really helpful easy walking distance as long as you don't mind a few hills. Property was clean neat and tidy.

As advertised, clean comfortable 5 minutes from CBD, I would not hesitate to stay there again, thank you.

Property was nice and cozy, spacious enough for our family, and near the city with a great price. Tip for other travellers: There are road-side parking slots, which charge from 7am to 7pm on weekdays for $4.08/hr. Because we drive out in the day time, so we didn't use the property's parking ($20/day).
