Even the apartment is old but clean . The reception lady is very friendly. (1) the washing machine need to be cleaned up after the guests check out each time . (2) the oven is better to have a clear label so the guests know how to use !

They have been very helpful when I have trouble to self check in. Wonderful! The room is super clean and comfortable.

Excellent experience in the apartment. It’s spacious, with balcony, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing, washing machine and dryer function normally. We enjoyed dining and cooking in the open kitchen. The price is not expensive if book more than 4-5 days. The only thing concerned me could be the location, we feel not that safe at night as we met several suspicious men after six and not many shops and restaurant nearby.

Has to park on road up the street. Was a downfall with young children

Will definitely stay here again. The most helpful reception team. Amazing communication before the stay and then messaging us to say we could get in earlier than the normal check-in time as they knew we were arriving super early to Brisbane with our bags. Amazing service. Clean and spacious. Location not amazing but we had a car so it did not matter to us. Great price point and facilities.

Had a terrible sleep because soundproofing only blocks noise from other rooms but not the busy traffic outside the windows. Bright street light bleeds in between gaps in blinds. The bed and all the springs squeak every time you move. No hot water at night. Toilet seat mounted so it will not stay up for men. Bathroom tap flows too close to back wall to get hands fully under. Otherwise nice looking large apartment with good facilities such as washer and drier, gas stove, oven, utensils, etc.

The kitchen had basic utensils.

We had hospital appointments and found the appointments were very handy to everything. Appointments very clean and didn't want for anything.

Well maintained and equipped apartment in an convenient location.Apartment was in a building further down the road than reception and while parking was available for a fee, the carpark was a very tight fit even for a small car. Gentleman at reception was friendly, efficient and helpful with clear instructions on getting to the carpark and apartment. Apart from the carpark issue, the patio door and windows couldn’t be secured which was concerning. Generally good value for money

We requested an onsite carpark when we booked and it wasn't done. we ended up with one 150m down the road at another building. No where to park off street to check in, we had to lap the block a few times. Once we got our keys, we had to empty our bags on the footpath and then drive down the road to carpark and walk back. We also had to wait 8-10 minutes for hot water for showers. Every time we wanted to shower we would put the shower on and wait 8-10minutes. We spoke to receptionist who visited our room and told us "that is hot" and it was properly cold!! On a rating of 1 "cold" and 10 "hot" it was a 2-3 at best for 8-10 minutes. The location to the show grounds was excellent but parking and lack of hot water were a joke. It wasn't a cheap place to stay and I've stayed in hostels that were better.

I was order food to uber eat it is great and fast

When we arrived there was a live cockroach in the main bedroom. When the aircon was turned on the main bedroom another cockroach crawled out. One of the towels and a spare pillow had a brown stains on them. The cutlery, glasses and fry pan were not cleaned properly woth lipstick marks on the glasses and food left on thr fry pan and cutlery. When i spoke with reception they assured me they would send someone up to clean but these items were still dirty and clearly no one came up to the room. While it was conviently close to the Show Grounds where we were attending an event, I was disappointed in the room considering the price that was paid. Unfortunately I won't stay here agin
