Great staff and location Neat accommodation

The picture on the booking sight was not the same as the apartment we were staying in. Totally different apartment. After we arrived at the Eco Beach Resort about 6pm, we looked our keys by accident in the room. We rang the property after hours number and we were told we had to wait till 7pm for the security guy to come and open the room for us and that he is on site. When we rang at 7.30pm we were told that the security guy is offside and we going to be charge $80 call up fee. Two different stories and I can't believe we were charge for it!!!!!

Simple accessories missing like milk. Property quality is medium.

Belongil Beach nearby. A short walk to town centre. Nice studio - would stay again

We had a lovely stay. Comfortable bed and spacious apartment. Great location. A short walk to the bars and restaurants.

Accomodation (the room) was good, however the spa/lift was out of service for the whole week of the stay with no attempt to resolve. The front desk was not serviced often with no where to store bags on the day of leaving

Highly recommend!!! The apartment was so lovely and well equipped. We thought the pool looked small in photos but it was such a great size and a lovely area! Would definitely stay again!

We really loved our stay at Eco Beach Resort. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Everything was clean. Communication was great. We thoroughly recommend staying at Eco Beach Resort. We will be back.

PROS: Free, locked car park for guests. About 15 mins walk to centre of town (shops, meals, etc) Has an outdoor pool and spa. Large king size bed. Friendly staff. Economical. CONS: More noise than other places due to the layout of the complex and closeness of other apartments. You have to pay for top ups of hotel sundries (soaps, etc) that are normally provided as part of the nightly fee. You need to dispose of your own rubbish on departure or be charged a fee for not doing this. You can be charged a fee for not leaving the room clean, but it's not clear exactly what the expected standard is. There is not always a staff member on site. Some rooms have only a microwave for cooking. SUMMARY: This is a great choice if you are looking for a cheaper venue for short stays, or if you are going to be spending a lot of time out and about during your trip to Byron Bay, if you don't mind a walk to shops and eateries, and noise isn't a major dealbreaker for you.

Very comfortable apartment, kitchen well equipped for simple cooking. Nice spa and BBQ area. Great secure, underground car park.

Resort send messages to communicate while staying(After hour checkin and weekend). Very comfortable stay. Thank you so much .

Being called Eco Resort I was expecting more emphasis on recycling and surprised to see shampoo etc in small plastic containers

Close to the township and main beach

Beautiful garden views and the hot tub was excellent. Quiet place but still close to town.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. Would stay here again.

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing "home away from home" kind of stay.

This is a lovely apartment resort - clean, bright, comfortable, walkable, clean carpark (2.1m height).

Great location, very walkable to shops, town centre etc. Room was cosy and warm in the middle of winter/rainy week. Retro vibe with updates. We loved our stay! Will definitely stay at Eco Beach again.
