The property was a great location. Easy walking to town. The only negative was the lack of hot water. Shower was only just warm. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Spa was great. Would have loved a deadlock or latch on the door as a solo traveller

Great place in a great area of Byron bay - near the main attractions but away from the noise at night. Safe and self contained!

Nice property (although the rooms were a little tired, could do with a little refresh), very comfy beds, nice pool area. Great location for walking to town. Nice and spacious too.

Josh the manager(I believe) was excellent to deal with. We had a minor hiccup with our booking and he dealt with it professionally and quickly. Th3 room was very nice and within walking distance to the town. Highly recommend!

Petit appart’hotel a 600m de la ville, bien équipé sauf petit frigo. Petite piscine mignonne avec un super jacuzzi. Grande Tv connectée. Parking sous-terrain gratuit ou laisser la voiture. Le check-in en ligne peut être compliqué si on arrive après 15h. A savoir.

The place is great. 2 great bedrooms. The oool is nice and the underground gated paring - a rare find in such amazing location. All this gets 5 out of 5. Yet - checkout at 10 am - the earliest I have ever seen ( platinum in all apps so travel a lot ). And second - it was Christmas Eve - so no one was from the stuff but a fri k resident was knocking on the doors from 3 am till 7 am and we couldn’t take a sleep. Not the hotels fault. But did damage our experience. I would say if they had a better flex on checkout I would give a 5

Great staff and location Neat accommodation

The picture on the booking sight was not the same as the apartment we were staying in. Totally different apartment. After we arrived at the Eco Beach Resort about 6pm, we looked our keys by accident in the room. We rang the property after hours number and we were told we had to wait till 7pm for the security guy to come and open the room for us and that he is on site. When we rang at 7.30pm we were told that the security guy is offside and we going to be charge $80 call up fee. Two different stories and I can't believe we were charge for it!!!!!

We had a lovely stay. Comfortable bed and spacious apartment. Great location. A short walk to the bars and restaurants.

Accomodation (the room) was good, however the spa/lift was out of service for the whole week of the stay with no attempt to resolve. The front desk was not serviced often with no where to store bags on the day of leaving

Highly recommend!!! The apartment was so lovely and well equipped. We thought the pool looked small in photos but it was such a great size and a lovely area! Would definitely stay again!

We really loved our stay at Eco Beach Resort. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Everything was clean. Communication was great. We thoroughly recommend staying at Eco Beach Resort. We will be back.
