Liked · Staff are very helpful and professional. Great location, fine facility, reasonable price, and cozy beds. We stayed for about 2 weeks and felt like at home. Highly recommend.
Disliked · Due to the extension of our travel, we stayed in 2 different rooms during our booking. One was excellent (clean and renovated) and the other was old, unclean, and with stain. Maybe that's why some customers left negative feedback to Fiori (if they stayed in the old one). However, staff are extremely efficient and helpful who accomplished our request to move to the original fancy room in the upper floor. Fiori may consider renovating all rooms in order to maintain a standardized quality of accommodation. Overall, it's worth a visit in Fiori if you plan to stay in Parramatta.

Took 15 mins to check in - very slow.
Only 1 lift of two working for our 1 day stay, the working one would often keep going past our level without stopping, despite the button being pressed and lit up. Would take up to 10 mins to get on the lift.
Had to call reception about parking options/arrangments before we arrived, this was not communicated in any emails prior to our stay.
Room was very run down and unclean; curtains missing hooks, bed moves in tiled floor, air con needs cleaning, air con remote needs batteries - did not work, dining table unstable/unusable, toilet seat not attached/moves when you sit down, shower curtain black with mould, bathroom exhaust thick with dust/fire hazard. Whole room needs refreshing and a deep clean.

This property was smelly including cigarette smoke. Lifts were inadequate. The stairwell was filthy. Taps were rusted.

The hotel looks like needing an upgrade. Rooms in poor shape looking like a collection from the local used furniture swap shop. Location was handy.
