The Key point is the location of the property. Inside the apartment , it is very average. Specially the bathroom . there is curtain on the shower screen which is inside and keep interfering while showering. Another issue is lock for apartment. it is confusing and feels like open all the time. please improve the amenities specially the condition of bathrooms.

The rooms were fifty and had mould in tje bathroom and all through the air conditioner

Apartment was very unclean, not enough pillows or blanket, no toilet paper, paper towel, pigeon dirt over all the balcony, bed and sofa smells terrible, no cleaners knock the for 7 nights. Overall, terrible need renovation, overpriced

It was ok, location was good the room was average.

Both quick check out and Receptionist at the Front desk available in the early morning, not making it rather inconvenient. Not digital security “key” to the guest room, low quality physical lock was used, so someone could have made a copy of the key to enter the guest room. Kitchen utensils are limited, table and chairs are not in good quality. Faucet of the bathtub was leaking. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. We didn’t use A/C, but noticed that A/C tubing was poorly installed.

The room smelt filthy, there was hair in the bed and mould in the shower. The lifts and corridors smelt foul. We were so disgusted that we left and booked a room elsewhere for the night. Unfortunately this apartment looks nothing like the photos and definitely isn’t worthy of the rating currently listed on this website.

Floor tiles and wall tiles cracked. Ac not cleaned and smells, bathroom had mold

No clear instructions, guy over the phone sounded rude. Asian lady was helpful. Apartment was old, balcony was all rusted. Floor was ok but sticky. Odour wasn’t good too. Not happy with our stay. Nice view from the balcony though. Overall not worth the price.

Clean and great service

Staff were great and friendly but the room wasn't clean, marks on the walls, stains on the carpet, rips on the lounge. The people in the room next door were extremely noisy at night, slamming of doors, out on the verandah talking on the phone through most of the night. Other than the staff and location we weren't impressed

Very run down property, dirty smudges on the wall, skirting boards coming off, broken window closers, no shower door.

The lounge was terrible, there were cupboards that did not close. No hand towel.

Took 15 mins to check in - very slow. Only 1 lift of two working for our 1 day stay, the working one would often keep going past our level without stopping, despite the button being pressed and lit up. Would take up to 10 mins to get on the lift. Had to call reception about parking options/arrangments before we arrived, this was not communicated in any emails prior to our stay. Room was very run down and unclean; curtains missing hooks, bed moves in tiled floor, air con needs cleaning, air con remote needs batteries - did not work, dining table unstable/unusable, toilet seat not attached/moves when you sit down, shower curtain black with mould, bathroom exhaust thick with dust/fire hazard. Whole room needs refreshing and a deep clean.

This property was smelly including cigarette smoke. Lifts were inadequate. The stairwell was filthy. Taps were rusted. I don’t recommend staying here.

The hotel looks like needing an upgrade. Rooms in poor shape looking like a collection from the local used furniture swap shop. Location was handy.
