As our room had been somehow double booked and was occupied before we arried they put us in a fantastic room to compensate. The hotel is in a great location, the staff were wonderful, the food was outstanding and there was nothing slightly amiss

Helpful staff, close to beach and other spots on foot or a short ride. Restaurants are nice with good ambience. The only drawback was that the balcony was too bushy and could not stay out comfortably.

Very nice room with good privacy, clean and big. Facilities are good. Hotel is inside the park so some place are easy to go. Near beach and nice view from hotel. Staff are very nice to help for any question

The hotel is located in the national park. There were no other stores or restaurants nearby, so we did our meals in the hotel restaurant. The food is ok but expensive.
Although the room is so expensive, there is no bath tub in the normal room. With half the price I can have a hut with forest view bath tub and open kitchen in the Cradle Mount national park.
