Good location, nice staffs& brenda new apartment

很新、附近就有車站很方便，但是晚上附近店家音樂開的很大聲，比較吵一點

I asked for an east facing apartment but got a west facing one. Otherwise it was fine.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at FV by Peppers. Unfortunately, the accommodation did not match the expectations set by the online images—the reality was vastly different. The lobbies and hallways had a noticeable smell, particularly on the way to the pool areas. The bathrooms near the pools also smelled and the floors were wet at the pool entry. Additionally, the pool area appeared not to have been cleaned. The room itself was noisy, with sounds coming from outside, nearby rooms, and loud bangs from the ceiling past 9pm. Running the air conditioning made a constant noise like a train running over the room throughout the night. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for my fiancé, but sadly it left me feeling embarrassed rather than delighted. I hope the management can address these issues to better match the expectations set online.

Staff very accommodating and friendly, moved our room when aircon not working. Spa rooms were clean but water was dirty and cinema room not working for our second stay here so that’s disappointing, but overall facilities are clean and lovely and staff are great and location is excellent.

Great location close to a train station awesome pub nearby that did cocktails and great food. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows

There is a large light at the bottom of the TV in the bedroom that couldn't be turned off which made it very difficult to sleep. Otherwise, room was clean and decent.

The property is great Great ammenities with everything including huge pool , deck , cinema, gym, cocktail bar all exclusive for patrons The only thing which is personal is that an apartment block has gone up and looks straight in at most windows especially the bedrooms but does not block the magnificent view I wish there was a 99% review of hotel as marking a whole point down for something as ridiculous as the apartments opposite is not fair

Check in: Loading zones weren't easy to get a park in to check in due to other people checking in and also a few delivery cars parked there. Staff were lovely and lobby area was nice and clean. Room: The room we stayed in was right above a restaurant so there was noise from there but quietened down later in the night. Just incase you are a light sleeper. Room was ok for what we needed it for. Parts of the room bedroom were not practical, the full length mirror is blocked by the bed, there is no space in the bedroom to use the luggage stand. There was also a slight step down from the bathroom into the adjoining bedroom but no warning of it, so a bit of a trip hazard. No fans for airflow so had to have the a/c on the entire time. Full kitchen and laundry in the room. Location: Well located in Fortitude Valley, close to restaurants, bars, train station. Internet was patchy so couldn't always connect.

You need to carry 1 Key Card, 1 Key Tag, 2 Access Dongles. If you not allocated a room within the main building, you will need to take 2 separate lifts and walk a distance to get to your room. No wall plug beside the bed to charge your devices.

The room was gorgeous and was exactly what we needed. My main gripe with the room is a lip/step into the bathroom that I kept tripping on. My other issue is a lack of tea towel/cloth in the kitchen. The staff were very helpful especially when we had trouble finding the place, we circled 3 times before pulling up and calling. Would have been nice if the pool was heated, but we used the spa instead. Conveniently located for where we were headed and valet parking cost wwa covered by a promo they were running which was great! All in all a great stay, highly recommend.

Photos werent what it was, not a very relaxing stay. Probably ok if you want to party for 3 days and have shower and a bed. Communication from staff wasnt the best. Would not stay here again, if price was 150 to 200 a night it would be acceptable

FV by Peppers is very central and right in the heart of the Valley. Everything you need is right at your doorstep.

Room was not as displayed in book. Still waiting on refund 4weeks later and they don’t care.
