You need to carry 1 Key Card, 1 Key Tag, 2 Access Dongles. If you not allocated a room within the main building, you will need to take 2 separate lifts and walk a distance to get to your room. No wall plug beside the bed to charge your devices.

The room was gorgeous and was exactly what we needed. My main gripe with the room is a lip/step into the bathroom that I kept tripping on. My other issue is a lack of tea towel/cloth in the kitchen. The staff were very helpful especially when we had trouble finding the place, we circled 3 times before pulling up and calling. Would have been nice if the pool was heated, but we used the spa instead. Conveniently located for where we were headed and valet parking cost wwa covered by a promo they were running which was great! All in all a great stay, highly recommend.

Photos werent what it was, not a very relaxing stay. Probably ok if you want to party for 3 days and have shower and a bed. Communication from staff wasnt the best. Would not stay here again, if price was 150 to 200 a night it would be acceptable

FV by Peppers is very central and right in the heart of the Valley. Everything you need is right at your doorstep.

Room was not as displayed in book. Still waiting on refund 4weeks later and they don’t care.

The hotel staff were fantastic. The location was good however a lot of homeless in the street outside. Parking was offsite and I was not going out at night with the vibe outside. Ok during the day but people asking for money and a lot of police around. Adult clubs close by so it had that seedy vibe. The hotel has 3 towers and confusing if instructions aren’t your thing.

Not enough power points for my devices. Not enough towels.

There was nothing to like ..service was rude and absent and location was dirty. The accomodation was mouldy

We got a 2 bedroom apartment room in forester hall. Didn't realise this had no view when booking just streets buses and construction. After initial disappointment with view we found The room had great soundproofing Next to train station. Train station attracts derolics outside but we knew this before our stay, security in the hotel was fine. It was clean, small intercity apartment. With everything in it, Rooftop pool was excilent. Apon check out an susiquant communication Staff refused to tell us if our room has been checked.reciting a 72 hr policy not to release security deposit. Weird behaviour around security deposit.

Although our room was a bit dated with its decor it was spotlessly clean. Worth staying just for the amazing rooftop pool. Walking distance to all that Fortitude Valley has to offer. Loved our weekend away and will be back.

Customer service was terrible from start to finish.

Stayed on a 3 night stay and yet the staff booked me into an accessible room (disabled room). After complained to staff i was able to move into a different room for the following two nights. I review both rooms below. Foresters Hall Apartment: - Listing is misleading and pictures give the perception of a balcony. Also no brick wall, no bedsides lamps, no window in bedroom. They clearly mix and match the pictures from different apartments to give perception of nice furnishing. - Simply false and lies in the unit amenities list - no blackout curtains - housekeeping did not attend even once - no adjustable air conditioning (very hidden is so) - shower does not drain water easily and can overflow (even after their maintenance "fixed it") Accessible Room: - Crooked and weird to close bedroom door (sliding and has gap when close) - No bedside tables - Bedroom power sockets impossible to reach from bed and were on the wall. This means any phone or charger will be dangling from the wall (not safe, annoying and inconvenient) - Bathroom looked exactly like a public toilet, no effort put into the design to make it dignifying for disabled persons. - Bathroom door is hard to close and seemed in need of repair. - Small corridor connecting to bedroom and living area. Width is small. - No blackout blinds, only semi-opaque blinds Other: - Deposit is too high given their poor facilities - Outdoor facilities not as spacious as pictured. Not recommended!

Very clean close to everything , train , valley, city Lack of parking to just checkin disappointed Valet parking efficient after checkin . No information in room as facility’s within hotel or close cafes, restaurants , etc . Room facing Brunswick street very noisy from street .

Service was great and valet was really convenient and efficient
