服務人員與設施都非常棒！

地點方便，附近有兩個team station 及Skybus station, 要步行過Southbank 只需10分鐘；房間很大，但光線較暗、有很多塵、浴室用品感覺是上一手用剩留下的，所有都是一半及有水漬。

位置不错，离南十字星车站很近，出门就是35路车站。房间较旧，房顶很高，是公寓式的酒店。早餐一般。

酒店工作人員很友好，酒店經理以優質的服務態度有效地解決了我們入住期間的問題。酒店的位置非常理想，因為它緊鄰電車站和 Skybus 車站。酒店的建築充滿了歷史氛圍，睡床很舒服，餐廳的早餐亦很美味，整體來說很不錯。

Nice location, just next to southern cross station. Free tram is just at the corner. But very close to railway so quite noisy at night

Reception is not friendly to help when u asked help especially racial discrimination. That feeling is sad. Reception is cold and don't say hello very often to guest in and out after comparison with state or others.

Good location for public transport, nice rooms!! we had a great time there...

I stayed here during a business trip to Melbourne, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Location – 5/5 As my main destination was the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), the location was ideal. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of many of Melbourne's main attractions, including Flinders Street Station and Queen Victoria Market. If you don't fancy walking, the free tram zone makes getting around the city centre incredibly convenient. Hotel – 4.5/5 The building has a bit of age to it, which shows in places, but it is well maintained, clean, and peaceful. One thing to note is that rooms overlooking the Metro railway can be a little noisy, so it may be worth requesting a room on the opposite side if you're a light sleeper. Staff – 5/5 Every member of staff I encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming, and happy to help. Their friendliness made the stay even more enjoyable. Would I stay again? Absolutely. Without hesitation—150%. If I'm back in Melbourne, this will be one of the first places I look to book.

Great friendly staff and a brilliant location

The gentleman at the front desk is always fantastic, they were very accommodating letting my partner park the car and check in early while I was still busy with the army on ANZAC Day. The space you get for the price is also amazing. This is the second time I've stayed here and will definitely be back.

Friendly helpful reception staff , Dennis who I believe is manager goes above and beyond for you while staying here. Room was big and kept very clean throughout our stay. If returning to Melbourne I would stay here again 10/10
