服務人員與設施都非常棒！

地點方便，附近有兩個team station 及Skybus station, 要步行過Southbank 只需10分鐘；房間很大，但光線較暗、有很多塵、浴室用品感覺是上一手用剩留下的，所有都是一半及有水漬。

位置不错，离南十字星车站很近，出门就是35路车站。房间较旧，房顶很高，是公寓式的酒店。早餐一般。

酒店工作人員很友好，酒店經理以優質的服務態度有效地解決了我們入住期間的問題。酒店的位置非常理想，因為它緊鄰電車站和 Skybus 車站。酒店的建築充滿了歷史氛圍，睡床很舒服，餐廳的早餐亦很美味，整體來說很不錯。

Nice location, just next to southern cross station. Free tram is just at the corner. But very close to railway so quite noisy at night

Reception is not friendly to help when u asked help especially racial discrimination. That feeling is sad. Reception is cold and don't say hello very often to guest in and out after comparison with state or others.

Good location for public transport, nice rooms!! we had a great time there...

This is a beautiful building with spacious and comfortable rooms. Although it is right next to the railways it is very quiet. I always try to stay here when I am in Melbourne.They always look after me well.

So much to like about this hotel. Loved the old world ambience and the personal and very pleasant reception on arrival. Plus hand written welcome card and gift waiting in room. A reminder of a time when service meant something more than making things available online. And I enjoyed a wonderful spacious room. Lovely place.

We really enjoyed the convenient location and the unique features of this hotel. Even though the room was a little dated and needed some repairs, it was none the less comfortable and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful with great information on the local area. We will stay again on our next visit.

Beautiful old building, great staff.

It’s such delight to find not only a building with classic character, but also a business that is run with old school customer service values. From the second we pulled up to the moment we checked out the staff were wonderful. The staff member who checked us in was amazing, giving us all the information we’d need for our stay, but also escorting us to our secure parking spot for the weekend and then giving us a tour of the facilities. The room we had on the 6th floor was clean, spacious and had full kitchen facilities. We were blown away with the scale of the halls and the grand ceiling height. It is refreshing to find a place to stay in the city that’s not just the same modern, uninspired and forgettable room that you’ve stayed in a million times before. The proximity to southern cross station, marvel stadium and the exhibition centre make it a great choice for regional travellers. We will stay at the grand Melbourne hotel again.
