浴室里放了两瓶身体乳，一瓶放在淋浴间洗头水和沐浴露中间，没有护发素，很明显是搞错了，连续住了五个晚上都没有更改，说明相关职员粗心。 前台职员（同一位亚裔女子），明明在4月15号与客户用非常流利的中文交流（因为房间水管无法供应冷水，洗浴时只有极热的水），到了4月17号在处理客户咨询时说自己不会中文，一直用英文。态度不友善

Very bad experience, every room is non-functional with noise and no air conditioning. Bad service. Would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

This was easily my best stay in Melb. It was the Grand Hyatt team that made this trip memorable. Whilst booking this 4-nights stay, Ms. Linh Truong was very helpful in making the arrangements and ensuring our stay was perfect. Upon arrival, John at Concierge greeted us and took care of the luggage. Everything was promptly taken up to our rooms. Check-in was quick and efficient. The housekeeping team were friendly and stopped by everyday to check that our rooms were cleaned and amenities were refilled. The hotel is in a beautiful and convenient part of Collins Street with a stunning view of the Yarra River. The only qualm I have is the walls are very thin, you can hear the pipes when your neighbours use their shower. I look forward to my next stay at Grand Hyatt Melbourne.

The Grand is an excellent option for someone wanting a safe but elegant property in the Eastern end of Melbourne's CBD.

The service at the Grand Hyatt was exceptional, from the warm welcome at reception to the incredibly helpful bell desk. I felt genuinely valued throughout my stay, and the top-notch amenities really added to the experience. It is a fantastic hotel that makes you feel right at home in the heart of Melbourne.

We can't fault the hotel and especially the rooms with river view. We always stay when in Melbourne. Staff are excellent. The location is extremely convenient. However this time we were disappointed with our dinner in the Collins restaurant. My husband had pork belly skewers and then duck which were both undercooked and tough. I had oysters and kingfish and these were fine.

Certain facilities were reduced due to maintenance.

The standout are the staff and Collins place breakfast. Rooms were loud as you could hear others in their rooms and bathrooms. Very warm room and aircon don’t seem to work. Could hear lifts move up and down despite being a few rooms away. Bed was comfortable.

Excellent room condition, 5-star quality. Location is excellent.

Staff was very friendly and the room was always well cleaned and replenished. I stay at this hotel whenever I’m in Melbourne and plan to do so on my next trip.

Warning others DO NOT BOOK HERE! I had a confirmed booking and when I arrived the hotel manager advised me they had over booked and there were no available rooms. There were a half dozen other people in line who were told the same news. It was late and caused me a stressful scramble to find alternative accommodation.
