灰尘多，不够干净。设施老旧。房间有异味（狐臭），至少我在的时候有。停车还算方便。这价格本来可以住星级酒店了，抱着试试的心态，结果比较失望。

Almost perfect, everything excellent except the facilities in Game room needed to be more maintained, Sauna room needed to be cleaned. Otherwise 100% satisfied.

Easy proximity to the beach, heated pool even in winter and the games room was a big hit with the kids.

Great location with parking, close to the beach and supermarkets. Pools were great, however the heated pool needs more lighting at night as is quite dark. Kids loved the gamesroom. Room was not very clean, pillows were stained. Room could use a deep clean. The window in the main bedroom would not fully shut and one had a hole in the flyscreen resulting in little bugs getting inside. No soap, dishwashing liquid or multipurpose spray - we had to purchase and use to clean surfaces. The bed in apartment 64 was incredibly uncomfortable. It was hard and you could feel the springs digging into you. Really needs a new mattress. We contemplated booking another hotel towards the end of our stay as we couldnt get a decent sleep. However we ended up buying a cheap mattress topper instead to get us through. Could only hear people in the stairwells. Quiet rooms couldn't hear neighbours. Having laundry facilities and kitchen was excellent.

A great stay a little frustrating with someone parking in our park but happy with how this was dealt with so no complaints

First 2 units where dirty, ask for another unit, 3 unit we tried was just OK

Beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom. Clean room but the cutlery wasn’t clean when we got there. Had to wash it all before we used it. After that, the stay as great, no other complaints. KM CANADA🇨🇦

30 metres from beach. Apartment was tastefully decorated. Spotlessly clean. Underground parking. We have stayed here several times. It never fails to meet expectations.

We love every time we stayed , beautiful property love every moment of it

We had a wonderful stay. As advertised, there is direct access to beachfront road, two pools. Reception were really helpful and Nelson helped to make the stay run smoothly. It was a shame that we had to check out and couldn't stay longer.

The room looked clean but on closer inspection there was mould on the curtains and blinds in the bedrooms The stairwell was very dirty floors doors walls all very dirty I got a large screw in my tyre from the underground car park I rang reception who didn’t seem to care.

Value for money

There was no view, bathroom was dirty, dust on air vents, cockroaches came out of dishwasher. Disappointed.

100% recommend Grande Florida. All the staff are amazing, and very accommodating to any requests. The rooms are clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. They have ample plates, cutlery, utensils and cookware, a full size fridge, microwave, jug, toaster, full size oven, washing machine and dryer. The rooms do come with a small amount of basic toiletries and cleaning supplies, however depending on the length of stay you will need to byo. The only negative thing I could say about our entire stay, was the mattresses are very hard, but depending on what firmness you prefer, that might not even be an issue. The pools and landscaped gardens are beautiful, and the free games room is an added bonus for the kids. They also have a vending machine with various drinks and snacks, all at the cheapest prices I’ve ever seen. The reception is well stocked with just about anything you could possibly need last minute, and also makes wonderful coffee. They also offer beach towel, bodyboard and surf board hire. The resort has its own beautiful private walkway that comes out straight across the road from the beach. I will definitely be returning again, and hopefully next time for longer, as our 5 nights was not enough to fully enjoy this beautiful resort and all it and the area have to offer. Thank you to all the Staff at Grande Florida, it was truly a beautiful home away from home.
