布里斯本南方大酒店

酒店正在維修中，我的對面房間用木板圍封，電梯也被保護膜包圍，早上八點就被裝修聲嘈醒，像住在地盤一樣。不過將來維修完畢應該好好多。（相片就是電梯內部）

房間很大，地點也不錯 不過廁所門一旦關上就很難開

Very happy with my stay. Location is central and easy. Check in and out both very fast and easy. The bed sucks though lol U Uncomfortable. I think it's time for new ones. Apart from that, very good for a reasonable price.

Excessively noisy due to onsite renovations, no discounts offered. Not a restful stay

The foyer is shared with the restaurant so an overpowering smell of old oil/food permeates the area. The building works means the lift was dirty. The room looked like it had been recently renovated and the beds comfortable. Sadly the sink and shower had the previous guests hair all through it even though it smelt of bleach. The building works started at 8am right near my head in the room over with drilling and hammering. When checking out, reception had a sign saying building works was notified on the booking pages. This was not the case and if it was, was not clearly signed. The location however was the best thing going for it. Directly across from the star hotel.

Room was good for the affordability. Sheets were great.

Location good for casino, river walks, botanical gardens, river ferries. Renovation noise started at 8 am, no chance to sleep in.

Chambres modernes et très bien équipées, hôtel très bien situé, personnel très accueillant. Néanmoins trop bruyant à cause des travaux en cours, et ce dès 7h : heureusement on a pu changer de chambre pour s'éloigner de la source du bruit et éviter la perceuse dans les tympans, mais ils restent audibles dans tout l'hôtel. En résumé, un très bon hôtel si l'on aime ou doit se lever tôt ! Pour le petit-déjeuner, préférer une autre solution dans le quartier

On construction, noisy in daytime, but reasonable price and perfect location

For the price this hotel was excellent. Massive comfy bed and great view. Nice and central too

Staff were helpful and polite. The room was basic but had what we needed. It was an easy enough walk to the shops and Southbank.

My room was not made from previous guests and when I arrived the cleaners had finished for the day

Stayed on the 14th floor and it had some construction going on the Wi-Fi was decent to used. The morning of Monday there was very loud due to the construction, and it's weird how my TV turned on when I locked the door and made sure to turn off my tv before I sleep. overall, a decent stay loved the surrounding it's very close by Varity of restaurants. The staff was helpful both checking in and out.

The hotel was underconstruction so a bit noisy and hard to park in their carpark. But you can walk everywhere leisurely. I would recommend and will stay tgere again
