櫃台經常沒有人在......

地點方便，食肆林立，祗是樓層是木間隔，隔音差及略舊，但要求要大一點房間服務員已盡量安排了，但這樣價錢住市中心也不能說不值。

Good price & location close to Sky bus, you can take free tram to and fro there,everything fine.

special living in wooden hotel but the breakfast is not much choice

我訂了兩個訂單，於2/1入住，2/7退房。於2/7上午10：00退房寄放行李，下午4：00左右拿行李。小行李袋裡面少了30美金，請調閱監視器查明

除了隔音～真的沒啥好跳的

我於2/1入住，2/7check out.期間行李箱都有上鎖。直到2/7早上10：00退房時將行李寄放，於下午4：00左右領取。只有這時寄放的背包無法上鎖，背包裡面的美金少了30元，請調閱監視器

not enough staff, quality of breakfast needs to improve

第一次住澳洲飯店，沒有附牙刷牙膏 房間裡可聽到隔壁的聲音

房間好細，沒有桌椅，食物算多。有挺多煙肉，蛋，麥皮，茶啡任添。番梘靚，但用來洗澡不太舒服。價錢相對仍然相宜。

酒店位置方便。 每天執房後的整潔度有改善空間。

酒店離southern cross station十分近，附近也有不少餐廳，十分方便 然而房間潔淨程度有待改善

1. Hotel said to be 4 star but facilities do not match? Do not understand why Hotel. come advertise this as 4 star? Did Hotel. come checked that before? Or just rely on Hotel description? 2. By allowing this Hotel to advertise as 4 star and not so in reality, there might be a breach of relevant ordinance in Hong Kong where this lodging service was put to the public? 3. Instructions for connection to Internet is unclear. Needs rechecking over 3 times. 4. Counter staff is inflexible and guest could only get keys close to the published time of 2pm. Hotel could say it is not incorrect. But in the hospitality service, it is undesirable.

Good location, nearly tram station and skybus station

Location is perfect, in the centre and near the train station. There are many restaurants and convenience shops around. The room is small for 2 persons but we just stayed for a night. So it is more than acceptable.

因為抵達的班機有點晚，本來有點擔心交通的問題，但 Skybus 24 小時都有車，抵達後再走 300 公尺就是飯店，相當便利，也不用多花錢。 飯店雖然不是很大的連鎖高級飯店，沒有太豪華的多餘設備和服務，但設計簡單高雅，地點好要去各處參觀都方便。

酒店地点非常好，交通方便； 隔音不好，会影响睡眠。

I like the location. It is close to the Central Station and the QV mall where all the good food are nearby. The 24h check in is really handy. Staff are helpful, especially a tall guy with glasses. I can tell he is very responsive as he pop out right after I rang the bell and he mop the floor instantly he spotted a stink. Room was smaller than I thought. The room was full and I hardly opened the door after I put two luggages in. The facilities are old and some of them are even broken, eg. Tile of the bathroom. However the cleanliness is good.

The room was small but everything was fine. The hotel is near the central station. Within 10 mins walk, u can get access to many stores and restaurants. There is two Chinese restaurant downstairs. The TV signal was not quite good.
