Clean room

This was not what I expected. The curtain rods in the bathroom were rusty. Thank God,I only stay there for two nights,and had a whole day tours scheduled,so I didn’t have to spend my time there,except for sleeping.

Clean and nice and basic for short term stay.

Helpful staff, basic but adequate room for an overnight stay. Lovely pool, but experience spoilt by loud, drinking, smoking guests who were 'camped' by the pool.

Is dated but is serviceable Could be revamped

The property provided what we needed. I am happy about that. Amenities are old though kitchen is set up very well. I would return for another stay.

My son loved the pool and play ground.

My stay was for one night but I have stayed there before. Close to shops. Comfort suites and safe.

There were bugs. Air conditioner was barely able to cool room. Beds were clean but only sheets provided had to pull blanket from closet. Water pressure was good.

Not great No point in offering wifi when it barely works

The room was fine, probably a good 3 star room in the nineties. My key was bent, so I was almost unable to get into the room. The staff was fine, a bit blunt and not overly stoked to go out of their way to help you.

Das Positive am Hotel Tropiq ist der Preis und das Personal. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war aber enttäuschend! Eine alte und laute Klimaanlage (Model Wandeinbau), Doppelbett mit einer viel zu weichen Matraze und auf Rollen, Spartanisches Badezimmer mit altem Duschvorhang und schmutzigen Boden. In der Umgebung des Hotels fühlten wir uns nicht so sicher, vor allem Abends. Sicher nichts für Familien und Alleinstehende. Warum die Unterkunft auf Hotel.com mit „Gut“ bewertet wird, ist mir unerklärlich.

The accommodation provided here may not fall under the category of luxury hotels, but it is essential that cleanliness is maintained at a reasonable standard. During my two-night stay, which coincided with my partner's surgery at a nearby hospital, my expectations were modest as I primarily needed a place to rest at night. Upon entering the room, it was apparent that while it was generally acceptable, there was an issue with dust accumulation throughout the space. The bedside table had a noticeable layer of dust, and upon placing my pajamas in the closet upon arrival, I discovered that all my clothing had become covered in dust as well. This lack of cleanliness extended to the bedding, and the bathroom was particularly concerning, with the shower curtain emitting an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the noise levels were disruptive; the room lacked a proper locking mechanism, relying only on a security chain. I experienced frequent disturbances from what seemed to be knocks on the door every few minutes throughout the night, as well as noise from passing guests in the hallway. Parking was also a challenge, as the limited availability meant that upon returning at 10 PM, there were no spaces left.

Clean room and great facilities

Zimmer waren vernachlässigt und nicht sauber gereinigt
