Hotel Tropiq

Room was much older and run down than the photos on website. Black mould in bathroom. One fluoro light for bedroom. Very old and dated room, not as advertised.

Looks nothing like pictures online. Our room was dirty with thick layer of dust on everything. The black mold on the ceilings and in the ac set off our allergies and asthma. No cutlery, plates, bowls etc. “Deluxe” rooms similar to a cheap hostel. Would not recommend.

ok internet and a nice pool.

Toilet wasn't flushing well. Bathroom sink wasn't draining well, gas stove unsafe.

Staff super nice. Room was clean and as well as could be expected for the price. The door felt a bit flimsy. The noise and banging either in the complex or nearby was terrible. Went on for ages

Properly was falsely advertised as in the place is a lot more rundown than advertisement Also the environment in this property is not the best place for families. We’re not take my child to something like this.

Room was covered in mould. I couldn’t stay more than 1 night it was that bad. I do not recommend

Always staying here when going to town. Clean, big rooms, easy parking near by and walking distance to the water and shops. The friendly staff is always happy to give great recommendations about food and thing to do. Can highly recommend staying here!

安さゆえ、部屋がちょっとチープな印象でした。 泊まるだけならOK 虫については床に蟻が結構入ってきていました。 でも害はありませんでした。 空調がなく暑すぎる日は困りそうだなと思いました。

Did not look anything like the photos. The room was very basic and pretty grubby looking. The linen and towels were clean but the rest of the room didn’t look the cleanest. The window of the room was a thin pane of glass and the door just had a keychain for locking the door. During my stay it was mainly male guests congregating about outside and as a solo female traveller I did not feel safe or secure in my room especially with how thin the glass of the window was and the flimsy door. I had to push a chair behind the door and put my case on top of it as I was scared. Safe to say I did not stay my full 3 nights I checked out and went to another hotel. This place was extremely overpriced for what it is. There was also random insects on the room floor. I asked about a refund due to safety concerns and was made to feel like an idiot. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Staff were friendly. Ok for a quick stay. Wouldn’t stay for too long. It was quite a loud area. Price really reflects what you’re getting

Room was neat and tidy; bed was ok and had fresh linen. Room had a microwave and small fridge available. Staff were helpfully and friendly. Unfortunately, the amount of noise got to me - street outside the property is very busy combined with people noise and airplanes every now and then - otherwise I had a pleasant stay

Dated, but reasonable value for money.
