免費行李託管服務非常好，職員清潔可以更仔細一點，但都乾淨企理嘅，前台人員服務非常好，見到有不少人用佢嘅遊泳池，預先講咗是度蜜月，主動幫我哋upgrade咗房間，非常貼心

When we firstly entered the room, we found that the table and chair were uncleaned and stained. Also the kettle could not automatically stop after water was boiled. Later we found that some water leak from the kettle and some parts missed. Moreover, one light bulb at ceiling was not working. As we found these near midnight, we cleaned the room and asked them to change the kettle. However, they spent two days to change the light bulb. The staff were helpful except one lady with blonde hair working at night on 21 Feb. When we approached her about the progress of our room problems, she just told carelessly us that all things were fixed. But we found that the lighting problem was still there. She just replied us that the part was not available. Her attitude was not good and we totally accepted her explanation.

Great location and a new hotel. I travelled for business and the Hyatt Centric was very business friendly. The door doesn't block out sounds well. The room service food menu and quality of food are mediocre. Beautiful gym and swimming pool. I will be back.

飯店CP值高，大廳櫃臺人員態度佳，主動提供有效訊息，房間設施也很不錯。不過提供的浴袍不是天天換洗，有點可惜。本次入住含早餐，餐廳人員每次帶位都能安排景觀佳的位置。飯店位置佳，不管是鄰近散步或是搭公車電車旅遊都很容易。而且飯店在電車免費區域內，還可以省下一筆交通費。

Firstly, upon arrival the staff seemed unfazed about waiting guests at reception. As I waited, she had to prioritize a chat with her colleague, so I waited. Then I explained my wife had arrived on an earlier flight and was already checked in and my key was waiting at reception. She entered details into system and I waited. and waited. I asked if anything was needed after couple of minutes, and THEN she said I needed photo ID! I asked why didn't you ask previously, she said I should have photo ID. So the customer should know this. I ended up where I needed to be in the end. Second, next evening wife took shower before dinner event and no hot water mid shower. We rang staff and she advised an engineer would be up shortly. We waited 20 minutes and entered a negative feedback on the internal site and then the manager called us to say they would send an engineer?? But that's what the lady at reception said 20 mins ago who didn't log it. Soo in the end we changed room and got free breakfast and bottle of wine to drown our sorrows for all the crap service from a 5 star hotel.

Really nice hotel. The pool was amazing one of the best pools I’ve seen in a hotel with this size. The rooms were nice and clean and they gave us an upgrade to a higher floor with a nice king bed. Really good.

Good location with very comfy bed. Room was huge compared with other similar hotels. Sound can travel from the street to window (we were on level 3). Buffet breakfast had a wide selection although some warm options were cold.

The room was very clean and modern. The pool area is great to relax in and to swim some laps (25m long). The gym facilities are great with dumbbells, cable machines and bikes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was also great! Highly recommend :)

Good location for MCEC but on the CBD side of the river. One star off for the $100 AUD per night "deposit" which seems to be becoming the new standard...some poor couple checking in next to me were having to fork over $500 to be allowed to stay in the room they'd already paid for!

Beautiful contemporary hotel in the centre of Melbourne near Southern Cross Station. Staff were excellent and amenities fab. Only issue for me was the bed which was a little hard. Could do with a plush mattress topper.
