A Hyatt package came up and I decided to book it but as a longtime Accor loyalist, I didn’t expect much.
I was blown away! The room was perfect, quiet, the amenities were great, and the location was fantastic. I walked everywhere or took the train.
The best part, though, was the staff. They were warm, polite, and genuinely kind. Everything I needed was met with a “no problem.” I felt heard, seen, and truly valued. Carl and Ahmoud were amazing and went out of their way to make my stay incredible. Not once was I met with annoyance or anything negative — just smiles and kindness from every staff member I encountered. They honestly made me want to be a better person — that’s how exceptional the service was.
I will absolutely be back!

Compared with the price it is overrated, the entire building is horizontally long, while only 5 elevators in the right resulting in a long walk every time.
The view in the gym and the zephyr bar is nice. The room is clean and the housekeeping staffs are gorgeous devotion. For the international long haul flight visitors, if your return occurs in the late night, here got less likelihood to late checkout.
From the hotel walk to the nearest light rail is QVB around 500 meters, with some uphill/downhills.

Thanks to the front desk for helping us with the early check in around noon. After a long flight, we can really use this to fresh up and be ready for the sight seeing.
However, I didn’t notice that the room I reserved did not have a bathtub. Besides, there no swimming pool in this hotel. The gym has a great view. Just a head up for the new comers!
The location couldn’t be better, we basically walk everywhere.

飯店位置佳去臨近重要景點走路即可到達。例如較遠一點的中國城約17-18分鐘即可抵達。
我們住的是一個king size的床，再加了一張rolling bed 就有些擠了。厠所的馬桶蓋沒有緩衝會製造很大的噪音，影響生活品質。另我住的時間較長近二星期，覺得浴室沒有浴缸不完善也沒晾掛衣服掛衣繩，房間內沒有設計抽屜很不方便。

The room that I stayed was from the new block which should be something like a service apartment. The downside is there is no elevator. Guests need to walk a long way back to the old block to access elevator

I was charged for food taken out of the mini bar yet I used nothing from the mini bar. I did have a tea, which I assumed was free. If charging $7.63 for a tea bag is what Hyatt considers reasonable, then this will be our last stay at any Hyatt hotel. Most less expensive hotels provide in room coffee and tea for free. Shame on you Hyatt for being so cheap
