Stayed at Hyatt Regency Sydney and really enjoyed the experience. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout. The location by Darling Harbour made it easy to walk everywhere, and the breakfast selection was solid. Service was warm and efficient, making the whole stay feel effortless.

Check in was great - request for early check-in was granted. Having two choices fro breakfast was ideal as I do not eat a big breakfast and the lobby bar choices were ideal. Loved the Zephyer bar. All staff were very well presented

The room was clean but there was no water bottles or any amenities in the bathroom besides the soap and shampoo and conditioner! When checking in, the staff did not acknowledge that we were there for anniversary celebration! And we were not offered anything. It felt a little disappointing…

Rooms were clean, decent size, paid extra for harbour views. Paid extra for buffet breakfast, $40 each, it was OK, nothing special. Probably better just eating somewhere else, could have save some money. Would I stay here again, yes, just not pay the extras as we were out all the time and views were not necessary.
