Clean and convenient

Room is a bit old but roomy. Hotel is at a convenient location and services are excellent.

窗台的位置很多塵，每天house keeping 早上9點已在其他房間吸塵清潔，很騷擾，沒有良好的睡眠質素。另外，洗手間的設計亦存在缺陷，每次洗澡完地面會積水。

Compared with the price it is overrated, the entire building is horizontally long, while only 5 elevators in the right resulting in a long walk every time. The view in the gym and the zephyr bar is nice. The room is clean and the housekeeping staffs are gorgeous devotion. For the international long haul flight visitors, if your return occurs in the late night, here got less likelihood to late checkout. From the hotel walk to the nearest light rail is QVB around 500 meters, with some uphill/downhills.

住宿環境不錯，房間比較小，因不小心遺留物品在Hyatt Regency，飯店很積極寫信通知我們領取，服務態度佳

Thanks to the front desk for helping us with the early check in around noon. After a long flight, we can really use this to fresh up and be ready for the sight seeing. However, I didn’t notice that the room I reserved did not have a bathtub. Besides, there no swimming pool in this hotel. The gym has a great view. Just a head up for the new comers! The location couldn’t be better, we basically walk everywhere.

飯店位置佳去臨近重要景點走路即可到達。例如較遠一點的中國城約17-18分鐘即可抵達。 我們住的是一個king size的床，再加了一張rolling bed 就有些擠了。厠所的馬桶蓋沒有緩衝會製造很大的噪音，影響生活品質。另我住的時間較長近二星期，覺得浴室沒有浴缸不完善也沒晾掛衣服掛衣繩，房間內沒有設計抽屜很不方便。

房務員每日打掃後準備的東西不齊全、打掃需待加強

Nice experience of stay, good location

The room that I stayed was from the new block which should be something like a service apartment. The downside is there is no elevator. Guests need to walk a long way back to the old block to access elevator

overall the room is OK but the bath room is bit small. after taking shower, the whole floor were wet. The toilet was not installed properly. The cover was always felt down. The garbage can was big. I needed to move the garbage can away before closing the bathroom door.

Absolutely fantastic! Staff were very helpful and always friendly. Rooms were tidy and spacious enough for a family. Room service was excellent and the meals were exceptional! Will definitely be returning.

The staff was wonderful. The room was cleaned daily. Food was always available in the hotel and surrounding area.

The "ocean view room" was actually looking directly into roof of the building in front of the hotel, the other side is looking directly on to the highway. Staff are incredibly un-helpful - will never stay again. This hotel is a let down to the Hyatt hotel name.

Very comfortable stay. The room was a good size, with a king bed, a desk, and still plenty of room to move. Located in an incredibly convenient location in Sydney CBD, that is an easy walking distance from great shopping, restaurants, bars, the Circular Quay, and directly across the road from Sea Life Darling Harbour.

Great stay and lovely heloful staff. Meals were beautiful in bar. Great stay.
