Enjoyed the location, close to everything.

Not very easy Checking in , access code was not received when required. It was not clear that the access code for entering the property and room would be held until 2 pm , as I had read an email Which stated check in could be after 12 .

There was no reception - it was all done by code entry check in to both building and room. This all worked well. I originally booked for two nights but extended for another 3 nights. I did this with the help of staff member via phone. No problems got to stay in the same room. The only thing was no daily room cleaning - l didn’t need it but cleaning staff didn’t knock to check whether l needed anything. I had to find them on second last day to top up toilet roll and coffee and milk. Overall my staff was quite relaxing - exactly just what l needed. I would recommend this place to stay - handy to everything and the price is reasonable.

The shower constantly flooded the bathroom. I couldn't get the showerhead to face anywhere but directly at the wall so made showering very difficult. The first few nights were quiet the Friday night into the Saturday morning. It was a different story. It's quite loud and rowdy. But overall it was an okay visit.

Room extremely small. When u shower the bathroom is so small that water goes everywhere. And u have to keep door shut after showering or it will set off smoke alarm and u will be charged $1500. Sink is not big enough to fill kettle u have to do that by using a cup. U can make absolutely no noise in corridors but the traffic noise outside is really bad and even the shut window does not block it. No dining facilities as pictured only one microwave in foyer. Rooms are clean. Staff are really nice. Apart from one woman who said she was management who was nasty. Weather she was or not ? No reception staff on duty but u can call a call centre and they will deal with late codes ect. Close to maccas hospital showgrounds. Overnight security. And lots of steps to deal with so if u cant manage steps dont come here

I found it extremely difficult being on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Staff not friendly or helpful

It was very noisy from guest teenagers running and screaming in the hall ways late at night. The next the hall ways and stairs were filthy from the kids throwing food around

The traffic noice was terrible, but the room was lovely and clean. The staff was knocking on the door at 9am to see if we had left, check out 10am

Bed was not what we expected

Close to hospitals RBWH & STARS. My room was very clean - only a short drive to Newmarket for food - KFC/dominos/

Perfect place

The fact that we spent nearly an hour, after numerous phone calls that went unanswered trying to access the room and would be still there waiting if the maintenance worker didn't come and sort it out for us. There was other people having the same problem as us, and also making unanswered phone calls

Was disappointed ,no reception staff,awkward check in ,no microwave in room ,showers way to small for an adult male ,water would go all over floor with shower curtain clinging to your body .Bed to short for 183 cm person .Channels 74 and 32 not working on TV so was unable to watch AFL or some decent SBS movies .

The shower area was to small, a better designed curtain would reduce water getting onto the floor and improve the user ability of the shower
