Great place to stay. Close to the beach, light rail, convention centre and plenty of dining options. Staff was friendly. Reception is only open at certain times so make sure to plan ahead if you arrive after hours.

Excellent location-close to beach and shops/restaurants. Very smart interior of unit with good ocean views from the 28th floor. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The property is new, with quality fittings and amenities in the apartment and is perfectly located, right in the heart of Broadbeach within a very short walking distance of pretty much everything. Really nice, heated pool and a well equipped gym. We were there for 7 nights so had a mid-week service of the apartment which was really nice. Will definitely stay there again.

DISAPPOINTING Parking horrible. Our carpark was taken by some scumbag and it took 20minutes to get another one No blinds awake at 5.30am every morning. The heat coming in the curtains was horrendous. Windows did not block the noise out. Lack of any extras in kitchen including pepper and salt and bottle opener. We paid top dollar and this does not come close to other quality accommodation we have stayed in on the Gold Coast. Staff were nice. Would not recommend to anyone

Great location. 2 min walk to beach and Oasis shopping centre and shops. Apartment is showing wear and tear and is due for a refresh. Cleaning was second rate as there was dust everywhere. They also charge if you would like extra towels. The front desk staff asvised the manager was going to speak to us about the cleanlinesd but we never heard anything.

The pool and bbq area are a great place to relax with many seating options. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The parking was very tight, but reception very helpful. Beautiful scent used throughout the building.

Koko was a great location. The apartment itself was lovely. Clean, comfortable and well fitted out. Would definitely stay there again.

Sensational 2 bedroom apartment, comfortable beds and efficient elevators. Only drawback was the tiny pool.

Stunning accommodation, the views of the ocean are incredible. Unit was very functional and stylish and close walk to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great property, relatively new. Stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Spacious and modern. Smart TV in main bedroom and living. Ducted air throughout. Great location!!! Close to beach, shopping and a Woolies. My son enjoyed the games arcade near by. Parking is tight, we had a small SUV. Reception team is friendly.

Staff very hard to communicate with and not welcoming . Doors are locked after hours so you need to wait for someone to open doors in the building to get to the locked keys to check in near reception. Would be impossible if very late . No one answers phone after hours either . Place very clean though and in a good position .

The air conditioning didn’t appear to work in the bedroom

It's a nice newish property, modern furnishings & stylings. The views of the ocean was worth paying for. Only stayed 1 night so didnt get to investigate the gym or pool. The air con in the bedrooms could not cope while daylight, worst in the morning, so hot and stuffy. Water pressure in the shower was quite average.

Wonderful apartment for our mini break. Handy to have onsite parking available. Great views of the beach from every room. If you don't want to cook, a number of restaurants close by and the local surf club is handy for a meal as well. Surfers Paradise is only a couple of minutes drive away or local transportation is just down the road.
